I believe regular time, 9am MTDoes anyone know what time the jury will return tomorrow?
...Speaking of LS being medicated, remember when she said this to refuse coming to a Review hearing in December 2021?
My son is autistic with a PDA profile, which is an anxiety based profile, and he does all these things, they are much more prominent the higher his anxiety is, especially the hair twirling.
Thank you. I can't believe you found that. LS is an astounding liar, like fictional character Keyser Soze just picking out anything and making a story.I haven’t found the beginning of her bringing up Michael the Archangel, but I found this. At 1:29
She says the stuff with the Archangel had already happened….
It was in one of her recorded interviews at the State Hospital with Dr Torres and Dr Gray in the room with her.
This is from April 28 with Dr Torres on the stand for a second day.
I found it by putting LS name plus Archangel Michael in the search box on Twitter.Thank you. I can't believe you found that. LS is an astounding liar, like fictional character Keyser Soze just picking out anything and making a story.
I didn't realize until the closing argument that all of Gannon's injuries she was explaining to AS in those phone calls were also lies: injured foot in garage (truth is blood got on the garage floor from putting the suitcase with the bloody body up into Tiguan); while running upstairs from the fire, Gannon was behind LS and he fell scraping his knees (another version she said SHE fell on the stairs; truth is she dragged the suitcase containing his bloody body up those stairs). Today is Bereaved Mother’s Day.Thinking about next Sunday May 14 being Mother’s Day is making me unbelievably sad.

Oh my. I was not aware of this and thank you for telling us.Today is Bereaved Mother’s Day.
It’s fairly new and typically a “you don’t know unless you know” thing.Oh my. I was not aware of this and thank you for telling us.
International Bereaved Mother’s Day is observed on the first Sunday in May every year and this year it will be marked on May 7. Most people have probably never heard of it, which is understandable given how mainstream media doesn’t cover it. The world is usually busy prepping for Mother’s Day around the same time. Corporates and marketers flood our inboxes, screens, and messages with reminders about celebrating our moms. But imagine how devastating this must be for mothers or parents grieving for a child. International Bereaved Mother’s Day is a day for moms who have lost their children. An opportunity to share or talk about all they may have endured. Women grieving for children are mothers too — even if their babies are no longer with them.

Bereaved Mother's Day
On Bereaved Mother's Day, we honor the strength and stories of mothers everywhere grieving a lost child.nationaltoday.com
When listening to RA said Letecia was not medicated during trial; however, take that with a grain of salt because not all stated on his channel has been correct. No link. moo
The Judge was not buying her BS. Let’s hope the jury didn’t either. After LS refused to attend the December 2021 hearing, the Judge issued an Order that very same day that all reasonable force will be used for future appearances.

I remember this interaction too. I had assumed she was on a mood stabilizer, and I still think it’s possible she didn’t consider prescription drugs as part of the equation. Especially since he used the term “under the influence of drugs or alcohol” IMO.No, respectfully,I heard the Judge ask her when he was questioning whether she understood her right to take the stand. He specifically asked her if she was on some type of drug, and I thought she said no. Gee, was it my imagination?... I can't be the only one that heard that.
I wonder whether she will be dressed in black? What does everyone think we’ll see/hear Monday morning?
Some of my assumptions/speculation from viewing other trials :
Jury was dismissed at 5:00 p.m. on Friday May 5 and told that they would resume deliberations at 9:00 a.m. on Monday May 8.
I assume that Jury will be brought into the Courtroom at 9:00 and Judge Werner will greet them and ask them what he always asks- Has anything changed that would affect their ability to be fair and impartial. He’ll want this on the record in open Court.
I assume he will give them the advisement /admonishment that they are not to talk to anyone or let anyone talk to them about the case. One difference- they can now discuss amongst themselves, but only within the Jury room.
I assume he might advise them what will happen if they are still deliberating at Noon and if they will be able to leave for Lunch and for how long.
I assume he might tell them what will happen at 5:00 p.m. if they are still deliberating. Will he dismiss them until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday or will he tell them that he will let them decide if they want to continue past 5:00 ? I know I’ve seen trials where the Judge did this. Perhaps the Redwine trial?
Will the Judge advise the lawyers to be close by and available in case the Jury should send him a note with a question?
Let me know if y’all think I’m off base with any of this lol.
Or if I’ve forgotten anything.
As you can tell, I’m already on huge pins and needles.
I’m not waiting until 9:00 to open WebEx. Just in case there is something brought up before the Jury is brought in. I’m going to peek in at 8:45.
You never know with this case so far.
I will not be surprised if the prisoner/defendant has a case of food poisoning that prevents her from being present tomorrow morning.
All just my speculation JMO
