Arapco Investigator Clark identifies a CD of the video footage from the bomb robot. There is more than 2 hours of video, but the CD only contains about 7 minutes.

@7Marshall

Neat video being shown in #TheaterShooting from "Johnny5"-like bomb robot. It is approaching the shooter's vehicle behind theater.

Why does the defense object to mentions of blood...or this backboard with blood on it?

Their client caused severe bodily harm and murder...which resulted in blood.

Do they think the jurors are going to think that there wasn't any? I don't understand this objection.

The gunman appears to be looking at the screen as they show video from the bomb robot.

That particular statement stood out to me because it speaks volumes. It clearly shows how much importance he placed on every single detail and how much he wanted the correct information notated. It's not because he wanted to help them; he wanted the credit and recognition for it. He wanted to showcase his intelligence.

It reads almost like a scoff. It's almost like he's saying "as IF I would mix those ingredients together in a silver bowl and risk ruining the final product... it was stainless steel."

Other statements that convey his hauteur, if you will... as well as his desire to undermine the officer:

"Magnesium just doesn't ignite with pressure... WELL, AND YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS."

When he was asked if the transmitter was outside or missing... He said "UH, YOU TELL ME."

When he was asked what else was in the there that could hurt someone and he replied "Uh, well, I'm not in there anymore." <<< I perceived to be a smart-a answer. I don't know what's in there because I'm not there anymore.

And the line... "no that was just to scare you guys" clearly proves he felt this was just a game.

@7Marshall

For those scoring at home, we have reached #TheaterShooting witness 51, by my count, incl. FBI cell phone expert who got booted after 1 min.

Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office Bomb Technician Troy Waller called to the stand.

Am I the only one who is confused as to how they call witnesses? I would think victims first than first responders -- jmo
