I saw that corndogs...geesh and that came out from juror's questions..but during his testimony someone tweeted #9 theatre ticket was on 19th...SMH..Can't even trust tweets from courtroom I guess..Sorry..

I'm wondering if he got there early..and meandered over to #9 then with a crowd of people and went down aisle to exit door to get to his car strategically parked there?? Got my sherlock hat on now..:thinking:

The Fandango employee stated that the tickets show 7/19 because there has been confusion about midnight showings. It was actually for the 7/20 premier.

And now that I am thinking about it, he may have kept buying tickets to see if he would eventually get one with the #9 on it. There is no doubt in my mind that #9 was his plan all along.

And the theater employee has testified that really, anyone can go into any theater once they are past the "check in" point (or whatever you want to call it) It happens all the time with multiple screen showings.

Now that the jury is in the courtroom, Holmes casts a different persona: He appears scholarly with a straight face, no small talk, well-groomed. He wears glasses, short brown hair, a trimmed beard and button-down shirts.

It was being shown on multiple screens. They started with #8, and added more as those theaters were filled. Grabbing my post below from last thread to cut/paste HTH

In my notes I just did while he was testifying, I put in order what theaters and what order that they were opened for ticket sales. my notes said #8 first. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Yes, they were all for the same movie premier. The 7/19 date is so that people don't show up at midnight, on 7/19 - the night of the 18th. Or the 21st, the night of the 20th. Cause you know, people are just stupid these days and don't think for themselves - have to lead everyone around by the nose! (sorry, tangent! No one should ever be confused what 12:01am 7/20 means!!!)

He said in the confirmation email that they state the movie is the 20th.

If he did go to two previous movies..It very well could have been like a "Reconnaissance Mission" to gage his best entrance and exit points..found he could go from theatre to theatre at will during showings....Man this guy was truly planning this out to the "T".

I did notice today that they found a receipt from Lensmart in Georgia in a drawer in the bedroom. They didn't go over the receipt but would like to know what day he purchased those BLACK CONTACTS he wore in those photos he took of himself with the Glock right before the shootings.

That was to Brave, but it was a 10:35pm showing on 7/11. He went to the theater many times prior to this...took pictures on multiple dates. I don't think his plan ever included anything but #9 - but I have no proof of that.

LOL!! I noticed I typed 12:01pm - which of course I meant am. There was no confusion as to what I meant...just typed wrong! Had to clarify that...since I was making fun of people for being confused!!

With all the horror & trauma from being in the theater, for me, it was dramatic that 2 survivors testified that they were 'picked up & thrown back into seats by someone"! One young girl & the man yesterday. Can you imagine trying to flee the theater & people are picking people up & throwing them out of their way? OMG! Too much chaos to even imagine!

I know...that actually horrifies me! I am not judging anyone by their actions that night...but I simply cannot imagine throwing someone out of my way because they are trying to get out too.

Again, not judging. I know every single person was in a Flight or Fight response. Terrified out of their minds.

When my daughter was 5 months old, we stayed at some friends house while on vacation. We were all on the back porch talking and she was asleep inside the house. It was about 10pm and the transformer directly across from the house blew up - it sounded like a bomb going off. It killed all the lights in the area.

At that same moment my 5 months old wailed like I had never heard. The owner of the house was close to the patio door and was opening the door to get inside and see what happened. (We didn't know it was the transformer yet)

I got to the door after him, picked him up and threw him to the side. I ran up the stairs and had my baby in my arms before I could blink. I never knew I could move that fast!
