No. I am pretty sure that this was part of a ruling before the trial started.

Interesting! The prosecutor wants to get in that the person buying the ticket DOES NOT KNOW the theater until the ticket is Purchased!

Well well, that answers a question we all had here! He WAS indeed targeting #9? Or at least didn't want #8

LOL!! Sorry...I had to point that out so that others not watching this trial weren't confused! I laughed though because I have done it too many times to count - not necessarily this site, but others!

IMO, yes. And I think that is what all of the juror questions were trying to get an answer to as well. But again, that is just my opinion.
