The sounds from that 911 call give me even more empathy for the victims in that theater. I feel traumatized just hearing that short clip while sitting safely at home. Can't imagine actually being there.

That's exactly how I felt when I heard it.
Very Disturbing.

I was sitting on my backporch yesterday and hear blam..... blam... crack/break.... blam! Durn pantry wire shelving came down... So up at 7 this am, off to Lowes to get replacement parts for bent supports - and will listen to trial while I take everything out of the pantry, take all the shelving down.... patch, paint... and put back up.

These are the days that I like live streaming so I can just listen to in the background on my lappy while I work. I'll check back in later!

Colorado Theater Shooting Trial: Holmes' Notebook to Take Center Stage

I hope you get your shelves back up safely! I remember one of my wall cupboards fell off the wall with all my brand new china in it. I was so upset! The only thing that survived was my gravy jug.

Ms Spengler is really disrespectful towards the judge and he knows it.

He asked her what objections she has about emails being admitted into evidence.

She went to the microphone and said "We may address this before or after lunch"

The judge answered " We may?"

She answered that it was a question and he said "It didn't sound like a question!"

Arguments about whether to read aloud from the notebook or whether a typewritten version should be admitted. Judge won't allow typewritten version. He also won't allow anyone to read from the notebook.

Jurors will each be given a copy of the notebook to follow along while witness is testifying. Portions can be read aloud but not in its entirety. The jury will be given an opportunity to read the whole book after testimony.

Campus postal worker on the stand. Antoinette Muniz. Asked to look for a yellow package addressed to Lynne Fenton. 8 workers took around 30 minutes to find it.
