Hate the way he says "Nope"

I know..It comes across as very juvenile..like what your kid says when asking why he did this that or another thing!!!!! It's one thing for a kid to do it..but quite another when a grown man with High IQ and kills/massacres innocents to do it..It's already apparent he know what he was doing and why..just didn't care..but unable to articulate or feel the need to explain anything....Dr. Reid needs to be given kudo's for at least getting this guy to talk at all!!!

So this guy thinks when someone dies accidentally or by natural caused his value is "0"..Doesn't even consider their life and actual accomplishments either in successes ( helping other/business or how they influenced other's in a positive way...SMH
Once again incongruent with his actions as he wanted his psychologist/Psychiatrist to KNOW or learn what he was about THUS making his LIFE mattered ..
I really have come to understand just why Dr. Reid has decided..JH was maniacal and NOT Insane in the legal sense of the Law of Colorado...He values his live important and of value..however others "Not so Much"....Beats me just how Defence can overcome this ..Scratch my Head!!!!

well, he said he was nearsighted, sounds like to be he's describing eye 'floaters' which is common. Sometimes I think a fly is buzzing around. Just something to add for what it's worth.

He's getting under my skin too. Although we are getting to the really interesting part right now....so I can't seem to walk away! I want to know what it would take to get him "angry" He seems to be able to suppress any need to yell or scream .....

ETA: "Nope" and "Yup" are making me want to punch him

I agree. The interview seemed so easy at first but now I am impressed with how this doctor is not getting frustrated when JH gives such limited answers and no elaboration. Reminds me of some of the things I hated about mental health nursing in school!
