Wow, car buff...I learned something new! I didn't realize this was Jewish in nature. Being a Christian who is fairly well versed in Judaism, I'm surprised I haven't heard the term before. Maybe Southern Jews have a different name for golems. :slap:
OK, Woof, be honest. You not only know the term, but you have used it in a WS post, haven't you?!
ETA: BTW, I took Greek in college (and was terrified of my professor, stuffy old thing that was harsh as heck). My father went to the same college years earlier and was awarded the Biblical Languages Scholar Award. Needless to say, I didn't win anything. But I was voted in as class Senator and I got a sign for my door. All that meant was, if students had any problems, they knew where to complain 24/7.
Ari Liggett told investigators that he and two friends he hired to help with the body drove to Gunnison in his mother's vehicle. At some point, the friends left

where are the so called friends. wierd case.
It would just be far too coincidental if 2 different, awesome photographers of nature were involved in the recent and separate crimes against children of the past month in the western states.
but I get it. I really do. It clicks for me. (geeze. no pun was intended. seriously![]()
3 may not just be an OCD thing. It's a religious/spiritual and metaphysical thing too.
Some others are bartender, UPS driver, Schwann's driver, garbage collector(?), veterinarian, gas station attendant.
My SN is a quote from a Will Ferrell movie. My husband and I were probably the only ones in the world that laughed.

Below is a documented and sourced by me timeline of sorts of all the attempted abductions within the last 18 months in this particular area of Colorado.
I had that experience when I took my then-teenage son to see Mars Attacks. We were laughing our a$$es off while everybody else sat there like lumps...
So, iam, you and your hubby knew the term "golem" before you saw the movie? I still can't imagine that I did not know it.

I've known it since I was about 8, it's a common creature in fantasy novels. Not as cool as a dragon, IMHO, and a little creepy.

That IS a great idea!! In my area there are always people sitting outside in their yards, probably having a cocktail (or an Iced Mocha Coolatta if you're me, chatting, listening to the radio. Lots of retirees. I used to think it was kind of strange (in part because when I walked by them I hear them cracking jokes about some of the people who walked by) but I've come to appreciate that they're harmless and their "watching people" is likely to do more good than harm. Especially now in the context of what's happened out in CO.
You are old enough to have a grown up son?! Carbuff! I took you for a 22 year old college fella.
:guitar:
Alas, there are no golems in my Amish fiction series readings.
:mickeyThis will have to substitute for an Amish man from Pennsylvania. I'm sure you have the imagination to make it happen.)
