No. If he signed the BC......OR.....if a paternity action was filed and he was found to be the father, then KB could absolutely not move with the baby unless the court allowed it or PF agreed.
Colorado law asserts the child has the right to the love, support, and custody of BOTH parents.
Kelsey could’ve not moved with the baby out of state without PF’s permission or a court decree.
True. But I do not know if he did or did not file a paternity action or if he did or did not sign the BC.
She didn't give the baby his last name. That makes me wonder if she put him down as the father, legally or not.
Maybe she wanted some leverage and wanted him to put a ring on it first?
