This is really a long time to drive in a car with a victim's phone.Just wanted to note: that's a LOT of driving to do over the course of three or four days - however long she was in Colorado.
Well, actually, she wouldn't have been able to spend that much time in Colorado, because so much time would have been taken up on the road.
I wonder what she told her family about her Thanksgiving trip to Colorado.
The Board will ask a very broad question regarding lawsuits on their applications and renewals which are voluntarily disclosed. If, the civil case demonstrated some form of negligence meeting the Board's standards of conduct the answer would be yes. Medical professional face civil cases more often and it is a case by case basis. The civil and criminal would go through the same process. Both are voluntarily reported. This one is well known because it is public. If it were not, the Board would not know probably until the renewal unless she was very honest.Yes, but the question Was about a civil lawsuit and the effect on the nursing license, not criminal charges.
