Not sure if this has been posted, but last night Gray Hughes did a video on this case, went thru the affidavit and mapped everything out.

Yes. Why only phone in,and no video, or actually in person appearance?

Because she lives in another state and that would be an undue hardship? That is what I was thinking. If there is another reason that you are considering, I would think that the Daily Mail will have a lot of their people out to try to get a photograph to document such.

Colorado Gun Laws

It appears to be legal in Colorado. I didn't look up Utah (which would have been on her route).

" Title 18: Colorado allows a person to carry a firearm in a vehicle if its use is for lawful protection of such person or another's person or property"

But if it's illegal in Idaho, I'm amazed again that she was driving a car with expired plates and an illegal gun.

My thoughts exactly! I think someone was tired of typing and shortened tote bag to just “tote” stirring the imagination. I posted a bit back about a Christmas tree bag that Walmart has 2 for $16.92. Here they are https://www.walmart.com/ip/Elf-Stor...oliday-Large-For-up-to-7-5-Ft-Trees/861764709. This thought really makes me ill
Compared to bone fragmants this type of tote will be fairly easy to see once the dig reaches the area where it was dropped in the landfill. If he zipped everything up in it, he might as well have tied a bow on it.
If there is a spent bullet with the remains, that will be the icing on the cinnamon rolls!

I would imagine teeth, the most likely to survive the fire if anything i imagine, could probably be used if they were not too damaged. Tooth pulp can be tested
Someone stated in a post a few days ago that after a body is burned, a woman's pelvic bone often remains. Since it wasn't a proper method of cremation, maybe there are some bones to be found, and not just fragments. Imo

OK, in the Arrest Affidavit paragraph 71, it calls the thing a
"Black Plastic Tote with Silver Handles."
Here's a cheap one from Walmart- $20.98 ea.
comments say it's not waterproof but indicates it may leak from around the lid and body of tote.
I know KB was tiny but would she fit in this? Also little wheels.

I think she would have fit. That is a 31 and 1/4 * 17 + 5/8 * 13 + 7/8.

The one that I could fit into is 25 in * 18 in * 15 in.

Well, it wasn't a hardship when she travelled all that distance to help PF out with his murder plans.
I think it's just not necessary for her to be there in person, and they are trying to accommodate her. She is their star witness, after all.

Looks like a big effort is underway to expose the deeds of evil people.
I wish KK could spend every minute that those searchers are there observing, smelling, touching, experiencing every emotion that they are.

I'm hung up on the inconsistency between what KK reported and what LE has reported finding in regards to the crime scene. LE reports seem to indicate the bathroom was covered in blood; however KK seemed to report that there was blood everywhere in multiple living spaces. I am also highly suspicious of her ability to clean up as much blood (dried/caked on by this point) as she reported in less than 4 hours per the timeline of events (7am key pick up to 11am sonic video).

Ditto - I do wonder who came up with the tote idea? And what did he purchase at Walmart? I think the tote - and someone may have given him advice on which one IMO. Or else he had it in his truck all along and it was just convenient the day of the murder? JMO.

Seriously folks, there are three major river systems in the state the Platte, the Colorado, and the Arkansas. The only one deeper than a foot that is near PF's home is the South Platte River, which would require PF to drive back through Woodland Park and then north to Deckers. If there was a solid piece of evidence roughly equal to a one cubic foot cube, that was dropped from the bridge at Deckers, it might bounce along in the current for 150 yards before entering an eddy near one bank of the river. I might conceivably go halfway to Bailey within a year. The South Platte between Bailey and Deckers is one of the most highly fished streams in the nation. There are three million people in the Denver area. Most of the adults have automobiles of some sort, and a huge numbder of them have been to Dick's Sporting Goods or the now defunct Sports Authority, for the monthly fishing pole special. It's quite popular to jump in the car a zoom up the South Platte to wet the old line. In July, the banks of the South Platte strongly rsesemble the beer line at Mile High Stadium, In fact, it might be the same 100,000 people. IMO

This will be the first of many hearings over Motions, usually attended only by the lawyers and judge. The star topic of this one seems to be initial reolution of the original motions filed over destructive testing of minute evidence. We'll probably see the motions, that are ruled on, appear on the court website later in the week. IMO
Thank you, @Dave F.

20190226_143122.jpg 20190226_143133.jpg This is what I am picturing when they state he scooped up remains. Perhaps not this large, but sonething that would be used for a sports bag or for outdoor equipment.
A hard plastic tote would be even easier to locate.
It would also possibly draw attention when being loaded or unloaded at the transfer station and they are know to break or have the lid pop off.

Yes, but I got the impression the girlfriend that he cheated on was a patient in the hospital. If it was six or seven years ago it could have been anybody. From what we know, PF seems to have been pretty promiscuous. Who knows how many partners he had. Imo
I would think any past partners would be going, EWWW right now, with the exception of kk of course...

I'm just thinking it's very possible she is pregnant, and if so she now has very good reason to fear PF. If he will Bash one mama with a bat for custody, what's to stop him from doing the same to her. Or getting someone else to do it?

I thought totes as in plastic storage bins. They come in lots of sizes. Just me guessing.
