Well in the end forcefully,scary PF wound up doing the job, he tried so hard to get KK to do. How many people did she manipulate along the way. Like the saying goes you catch more bees with honey. Still I don't think she would have done it herself.

Yes. Despite her obsession with PF, I don’t think she is as volatile as he is. He is persistent, but from KK’s description of the place and the method of KB’s death, he loses control rather than stick to a plan he has been stewing over for at least 3 months.

I think at some point (some very far away point) her inner sense of survival kicked in and said “ Don’t you be the one to commit murder”

After all, from KK’s testimony (and that’s all we have to go on) HE planned the murder, not she

OK, in your honor Jane Eyre, I went back to see if I could find
all the msm articles on the tote and I found most articles call
it a 'Black Tote Bag' or a 'Black Bag'. So I think we on WS got
a little off track thinking it was hard plastic, apparently it's not.

If softer material I'm guessing he dragged it out of her condo on
the ground. Again, maybe leaking fluids were left near the
corner of her car where the cadaver dogs hit.

So I guess if we picture a large duffel bag it's easier to understand.

My thoughts exactly! I think someone was tired of typing and shortened tote bag to just “tote” stirring the imagination. I posted a bit back about a Christmas tree bag that Walmart has 2 for $16.92. and to make it more confusing, the arrest affidavit calls it a
"black plastic tote with silver handles".
We need pictures to straighten this out.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it said her friend lent it to her, so she would have known it was in the glove box. But I didn't even know that's where she put it, so I could be wrong. Imo

you're right, but in many, many msm articles which I read before the A.A. the reporters called it a bag over and over .

I do too, and I have a feeling that he continued to beat her beyond death. Not a fact, just a hunch because I think so lowly of him. I envision him getting caught up in the frenzy of his disdain for her and he just kept swinging at her beyond the need to do so. I also think that after so many false tries by KK, he was determined to get it done (and probably prove his superiority to KK in some sick way). Sorry to be graphic.

I hope so, but thanks to these varmints burning her, we might never know when she actually died. We can guess the cause by Krystal's statement that PF used a bat, but the time of death is a mystery. I hope and pray that it was instant.

Maybe,but these geniuses most likely would not know if she was barely alive after the beating.
Even some medical experts have declared someone dead who were not really dead. It still happens to this day. Rarely,but it still does happen.

It was probably a different woman, since it had been several years ago. It could have been anybody. He may have cheated on several girlfriends with several women, for all we know. Sounds like it was a pattern for him. Jmo

Interesting that this article was dated December 17th.

FBI made first contact with KKL on 14th in Vegas.

She was his girlfriend years ago. She did work in a hospital. She at that time had a partner.

My thoughts about giving Kelsey back the gun the day before Thanksgiving- he had the perfect plan all set up, her death was going to be a suicide. Then, she told her Mom in a phone call, probably in front of Patrick, that she had her gun back and went target practicing, once again, foiling his plans to be free of her. Makes me wonder if that is why he had so much rage when he brutally hit her with the baseball bat- he was no doubt angry that not only he had to do it because Krystal wouldn't, but now his perfect plan fell apart by one phone call to Mom.

Yes, I think you are spot on about KB getting her gun back and the very odd target practice.

How better to get her gun residue and fingerprints only on the gun.

Horrific I know, but how much remains can they expect to find? One full trash bag? Two or more? Are they hoping it ripped open and there are random bone fragments to test dna? Speaking of dna, is it possible any of Kelsey’s dna was found in the burn trough or commingled with the melted plastic?
