Just read this again. This is probably nothing but I'll run it by you anyway

These excerpts bring me back to the question of the consumptive testing.

Live blog: Patrick Frazee appears in court for preliminary hearing
"2:18 p.m.
Frazee, per Kenney, used a ladder to put Kelsey Berreth’s body near a big haystack. They took the tote with her gun
inside.
2:27 p.m.
In conversation with Kenney, Slater says Patrick wanted to make it look like Kelsey Berreth just went off on her own. That’s also why Kenney took Berreth’s gun.
2:41 p.m.
Kenney, on Dec. 20, said Frazee had to climb this large stack & go to the back to grab the tote
and a plastic bag containing Kelsey’s gun. The tractor was used to bring the tote down from the top of the stack, Slater says."
So, if the gun was
inside the tote, when was it taken out? Was it given to KK's high school chum in the plastic bag? If the gun was in the plastic bag and the bag was at any time
IN the black plastic tote with the silver handles (couldn't resist) with KB's body, could there be minute traces of KB's blood on the plastic bag? PF would be
really, really stupid for this to happen, but hey, we're talking about PF, right?

eta: early in the case there was concern about how to bring evidence from Idaho to Colorado, right?
