Can you even imagine the cross by PF's defense?

Does it make me a horrible person that I take comfort in her uncomfortableness? :p

If you're horrible, I'm horrible right alongside you. Being "uncomfortable" isn't nearly enough for me, actually. I'm fine if she's downright upset to find herself on the stand and under cross examination. She's one of the worst humans I've ever read about, among that group who masquerades as kind and good. She is the kind of person who makes the rest of us lose faith in trusting humanity. At least she's doing the right thing now, but boy, what an amoral person she shows herself to be.

Oh, look, everyone's favorite DailyFail reporter has filed a new story about KK and her best friend Mistress of killer fiance Patrick Frazee and her best friend knew he planned to kill Kelsey Berreth | Daily Mail Online

How has KK's best friend managed to not be charged with anything in this case?

Knowing about a crime that’s about to happen and not reporting it, isn’t a crime.

It’s morally and ethically repugnant, but nothing more.

ETA: The fact that Chris Spargo is a “journalist,” should inspire people to follow their dreams. You can accomplish anything if you try hard enough, even if you completely suck.

KK is indescribably dreadful, which puts all of us here in a quandary, because we all keep trying to put into words just what a despicable human being she is, and it defies description.

I don't give her any credit whatsoever for "doing the right thing" now.
The fact that she's turned State's evidence and is going to testify against PF is purely, 100% out of self-interest.
So, while her decision definitely benefits the DA and will help to get PF convicted, I won't ever say she chose to do the right thing.

She's doing the selfish thing, just like she's always done.
She's going to do whatever it takes to keep her (not inconsiderable) hiney out of the slammer for an extended stint.

The fact that her selfishness will now work to the prosecution's advantage is no credit to her.

You used the correct word: Amoral.

Snakes don't have morals.

They only have venom.

I can't wait for her to sink her fangs into PF on the stand, and deliver the fatal bite.

I missed it live but here is the link - apparently 48 hours is doing another story
New details emerge in death of Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth

ETA: New details in Kelsey Berreth case
Patrick Frazee is set to go on trial later this month for the murder of his fiancée, Kelsey Berreth. Prosecutors allege that Frazee’s secret relationship with another woman, Kelsey Berreth, ultimately led to the murder. New details on the investigation will be revealed in this week’s installment of “48 Hours.” Nikki Battiste, who has been covering the case for nearly a year, reports.

BBM:

They do???

Says who????

This is another example of the media taking creative license with the storyline...last I heard, the DA hadn't yet presented their theory as to motive.

Has anybody seen a quote by DA May that PF murdered KB on account of his relationship with KK?

Looks like the 48 hours producers haven't read the The MassGuy Theorem.

Shame they didn't do their proper research here before putting together that piece.

Yeah, I know. And I know we've covered it (and covered it), but it still sucks, IMO.

Ha! We did have a whole thread dedicated to that concept, but I’m sure some people missed it.

We sure did, that poor horse is long gone. And here I am still whining that more people haven't been arrested r/t this case. Sorry, y'all.

No apologies, I think 99% of us who have followed this case so closely from the beginning feel the same way. KK is a necessary evil.

It's hard to fathom that SO MANY people knew beforehand, and yet Kelsey was taken away so violently from her daughter and loved ones on Thanksgiving. This was the first case I've followed that I got physically ill when the arrest affidavit was released.

Seriously -- we even had a lawyer and his law firm that knew about it!!

I get so angry when I think of those people. But MS took the cake for me. “Krystal had very good reason for what she did or didn’t do.” Just gag me with a spoon!

Oh, MS, PLEASE do tell, what good reason did Krystal have to do what she did or didn't do- whatever the hell that means.

I saw headlines, skipped and ignored it. Those 2 fail a respectable human beings. Friend should be charged too.

Anyone and everyone who knew beforehand should be charged. I find it unbelievable that so many ignored it. Even if they didn't think it was a serious threat in my opinion something as serious as that should have been reported. There were so many people that could have done so and let KB down.

I find the whole situation sickening to think it could have been prevented.

"The prosecution told the court they believe Sheila Frazee has information about evidence destruction, that she found a weapon they allege has to do with the murder solicitation charge and that she could provide a motive for the murder.

After discussing the situation with attorneys in private and reviewing case law, Sells ruled "this is not the time and place" to call Sheila Frazee to testify, adding that he thought she had "valid concerns" about the Fifth Amendment."

Investigator: Colorado man beat fiancee to death with baseball bat, burned her body

An old article, but a good one. One of many that covers what Ma's testimony is likely to cover.

From the timeline here on page one:

"The murder, according to KK (through PF), happened in a back office/second bedroom."

Since this was worth pages of arguing, I thought someone may want to correct it, or at least place a notation.

The fact it is out there anywhere, if not true, even on Sam's blog lends to misinformation if it is proven untrue.

Jmo and just a suggestion.

@Tippy Lynn, please see quoted post and Sam's tweet below from the press conference following the preliminary hearing which corrects his earlier tweet from the hearing. BBM

Prosecutors are saying Baby K was in the back room while the murder happened. They say Kelsey was killed in the living room. Blame the courtroom acoustics. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #ParrickFrazee #KrystalKenney
