god its so strange.
why didn't he come equipped with everything he needed?
7 minutes back to back cctv at Williams furniture.
he had to get to kelseys. greet them , make excuses to leave and take the baby.
straddle her up in the car seat and drive back to Walmart. for 41 minutes.

the cctv we have is him in the baby section. who wants to bet there's cctv of him at the cash register with a shiny new (assumed black )tote

The Walmart and bank trip was planned the wee hours of 3:37 a.m. that morning. PF said to KB by text he would come over after chores and take the baby to the bank and Walmart so she could get a nap and then they could figure out their plans.

Just pointing out that he probably did not need to make excuses to leave, it was already the plan for him to head to Walmart and the bank with the baby and return. Per his text anyhow.

Yes it is unfair that we will not see nor hear KK nor ma nor anyone testify to judge credibility nor see them in the hot seat.

I want to know when she moved her car (oh I mean the loaned car with expired plates with the gun in it) from the rec center to KB's parking area to pick up the bags and yes, how many were there? How did she avoid cameras going in and out more than once?

Boy Ms. KKL sure can avoid cameras. She laid the rules for her deal with no camera coverage of her through the process of the case, she is not seen on camera at the condo, now cameras are denied when she or anyone testifies, as far as we know there is no camera footage of her trips... Etc.

That sure is one of the questions. I feel it was planned and that the night before may have been a part of the plan but it went wrong.

I wonder if it is at all possible he tried to get her to leave the condo, even with him so he could say she disappeared but she refused or was too tired.

I guess he also could have simply snapped over her forgetting pecans--he seems like the type...

Maybe a combo, he planned her demise for a long time but that day something triggered him to finally do it...

The fact it was Thanksgiving though I feel is significant. I think there was a reason it was that day.

Just speculation though.

Why he was not more prepared is hard to say. Perhaps he did not buy the tote at Wal-mart--to me he seemed to be aware of cameras in the pic we have seen in the baby aisle...

As far as what he bought at Wal-mart, way back when it was talked about, I remember hearing dog food for instance. Maybe someone else can recall better than I.

I don't think so. I can't recall a reason being given or it being addressed.

It rather amazes me if she was scared of him and "forced" to do it that he was willing to wait a couple of days when the apartment could have been found in that condition or someone possibly have been looking for her.

One of those things that certainly is a question and a bit odd.

That’s my understanding, which explains why she wasn’t able to drop everything and head to Colorado.
