While it may only be statements to MSM, I believe there was at least one neighbor that stated PF was frequently seen at the condo, and at one time neighbor believed he lived there.

MOO

I remember one neighbor saying he believed the red truck belonged to the person that lived there, but my recollection is that was to news folks, not police investigators. Nevertheless, I believe that neighbor was observant, as the person who did live there had a red truck in addition to a green car. IMO

https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/Teller/caseofinterest/2018CR330/Application and Affidavit for Arrest Warrant.pdf

Scroll down to page 3 item 1
"12. At approximately 1324 hours, also on November 22, 2018, an individual that matches the physical description of Frazee is captured on a neighbor's surveillance camera entering the front door of Berreth's residence. This photograph contradicts Frazee's timeline provided to investigators."

The search warrant also describes the cell phone records of KB and PF, especially item 20 on pages 4 and 5. The cell phones were connecting with the same towers during the afternoon of Nov.22, 2018

Thanks for the link above!

Also scroll to page 5, item #28:

I believe I located another gem that for one reason or another, has been omitted from this discussion relative to UNKNOWN DNA located at KB's condo.

In addition to one unknown MALE [DNA] profile -- there was also one unknown FEMALE [DNA] profile developed from various areas of the bathroom. [emphasis added].

“I’m not merely stupid, I’m Patrick Frazee.”

I’m looking forward to learning the defense strategy, and exactly how far one is going to have to leap to buy any aspect of PF’s defense.

In the Fotis Dulos case, his defense attorney is floating the hilarious, “Gone Girl” defense. I think PF’s defense will be even funnier than that.
I don't even know of another lawyer that sounds as ridiculous as Fotis'. He is nucking putts, if you ask me.

Sorry you're baffled.

Defense stated at hearing that they received much evidence in the last two weeks, and more recently DNA analysis.

This is a no body case, and I don't think we're talking about standard test results with projected timeline for results.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are still waiting on forensic test results. It would serve no purpose for tests results to be intentionally delayed here.

MOO
Yes, I realize it is a no body case. You haven't offered any clarification so I'm still baffled why the coroner is just getting around to sending over evidence.

Get a load of this. Here's the reason for that tent outside the courthouse. PF threw a fit, IMO, and is being mollycoddled (thanks whoever posted this earlier, sorry I don't remember who).

BBM:

Of. Course. He. Did.

It's what PF does whenever he doesn't get his way.

That reporter is just lucky PF was wearing his pretty pink bracelets when he captured images of PF's blank piece of paper.

No surprise it was a blank sheet, of course.
On account of, PF: "Writing" on his "note" pad.
Ha. Sure.
As if.

What's infuriating is the way Judge Sells caved in completely to this really outrageous list of demands.

The worst thing, the very WORST thing, an adult can do when a child tantrums is to give him what he wants.

It merely reinforces the bad behavior.

Judge Sells must have flunked his Parenting 101 class.

As I said in my post, my recollection was only from MSM.

And the neighbor did in fact account for KB's red pick-up, while differentiating that there were two red trucks here.

Her neighbor also provided some context that could help investigators about what happened Thanksgiving Day, saying they saw another red truck at the house. Berreth owns two cars — a red Chevy pickup and a small sedan — according to Stanfill.

Patrick Frazee, Berreth’s fiance, also owns a red pickup truck.

“I looked up there, and there was both red pickups there Thanksgiving Day. And that was from 12:30 [p.m.] to 1 p.m.,” the neighbor said.

I think that:
"No DNA of PF's in the condo, at all." and
"Unknown male DNA found."
might go a long, long way IMO
I agree which is why I have thought a hired hit is a real possibility in this case.

I'm confused. Is that the neighbor who said he thought PF lived there because his red truck was always parked there? Just asking.

So a hired hit, which there is zero evidence for, is more likely than the prosecution’s narrative, which is supported by actual evidence?

I'm aware of a civil case last spring where family member took knife from kitchen to cut down victim found hanging. The fact that there was NO DNA of relative located anywhere -- including the knife-- played on the jury for his conviction.
Jurors aren't keen on wiped down crime scenes.....

If true there was no trace of PF DNA found in condo that he would have been in and out of, that just doesn't follow. He had reason to be inside condo -- his child lived there.

I think it easier to explain and/or accept unknown male DNA on the plumbing in KB's condo bathroom than "No DNA of PF in condo, at all."

MOO

I found this clip on page 23 of one of the search warrants. It sounds like there IS an indication of PF’s DNA in the condo.
Or am I misinterpreting it?

Far be it from me to put words in your mouth.

But is there any way you can go back and edit your post to say, "supported by a plethora of actual evidence?"

I'd just really like to see us all use the word "plethora" as much as possible.

A plethora of plethoras, as it were.

This was a field reading done by LE investigators, not lab technicians. I believe that sample is is later described as KF's DNA from the bathroom sink trap. There is also some confusion whether that is the unknown female DNA. IMO

It says CBI Labs. Are they not lab techs? Who is KF?

Considering PF was her fiancé and all, I would seriously have to question how in the heck his DNA could NOT be in that condo.
If it’s true that it’s not found, then I would definitely have to believe in the clean up story provided by KK.
Of course, that’s just my opinion! ;)

As there's no transcript of the hearing that captured every statement, I don't believe I could be more clear in my response!

Nonetheless, just to provide additional clarification on what you believe baffling delay in getting around to sending over evidence, please take note there was only one, single reference to the Coroner by the defense regarding evidence.

Certainly, you're aware that prosecution’s duty to hand over discovery is usually ongoing—it doesn’t end merely because a trial has begun. If not, now you're aware there may be even more evidence forthcoming .

For example, El Paso County Coroner recently ran x-rays on undisclosed pieces of evidence. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

If you missed all the discussion on how unique or unusual x-raying evidence was [to us], sorry -- can't help you.

And whatever the undisclosed evidence the Coroner x-rayed, it's likely it's undisclosed to the prosecutor as well -- but quickly shared with Defense as soon as they had knowledge of it. That's how it works.

That was very interesting. I didn't get to the "mollycoddling," I got to the part where one party provides evidence that the one camera in the courtroom violated the rules of evidence by showing attorney work product to the public. That's not okay, said the judge.

It's true that it was the defense attorneys that complained and wanted something between them, their client, their "work product" and the public eye. Pretty capable lawyering, really.

BBM:

Haaaaing at "work product."

Turns out, the defense's "work product" was a blank piece of paper.

They're having a tough time brainstorming on that side of the aisle, obviously.

Poooooooooor Stiegerwald.
