That MIGHT be true. But I don’t know that it can be stated as fact quite yet. Right? KK never saw a body in the tote. There was no smell of burning human remains that she detected. And didn’t he imply to her that he did something else with the body? I forget what he said, and realize he could have lied. So unless I’ve missed it, there is still the question of whether the tote had the body or whether it just contained the bloody clothing and toys and such.

Isn’t that right?
The bloodhound alerted on the hay bales at Nash Ranch, right where KK said the body was being stored.

Then there was a bloodstain and an indention, from the tote.

There was a strong gasoline smell, which an expert testified, would cover up the smell of burning flesh.

There was plastic remnants found near the burn site, as well as a tooth.

This is the definition of a “bombshell,” something there have been no shortage of thus far.

I hope they aren’t done for the day, and this is merely a break.
Yes!
BOMBSHELL!
(I just wanted to say that once...)

He would, only if it was human. The jury is still out on if there was DNA recovered, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t.

Although I’m really, really, hoping that there was DNA extracted.
Didn’t they also found a bag of teeth in the franch

NEW: A tooth was found on #PatrickFrazee's Florissant ranch, at the place where he's accused of burning #KelseyBerreth's body. It was part of the last shovel full of dirt removed from the burn area by Federal Bureau of Investigation special agents. @csgazette

We already knew there was a tooth found in this case. I don’t think we knew it was found at the spot of alleged burning. Nobody has yet said in trial that it’s #KelseyBerreth’s tooth.
3:06 PM - 8 Nov 2019

Jakob Rodgers on Twitter
The burn area was about 5 feet wide by 7 feet long, and it was covered by about 1-2 inches of soil that differed in color from the rest of the driveway.

An FBI special agent testified the tooth almost went undiscovered. He told his crew during the Dec. 2018 search that they'd take 1 more shovel full of soil from the burned area to sift, and it was in that dirt that the tooth was found

Under the top layer of dirt, there was a layer of melted black plastic. An FBI agent testified that he smelled ash and smoke while removing the dirt, and he smelled burned plastic when he began removing the plastic.

Also: FBI found 3 bats inside #PatrickFrazee's Florissant house, all wooden, as well as a wooden club in a pickup truck on the property. There wasn't any testimony this afternoon on whether investigators suspect Frazee used any of those bats to kill #KelseyBerreth. @csgazette

FBI analyst said wet spot in dirt had an oily consistency, it stuck to investigators’ gloves and dirt from there was hard to sift.

We’ve been walked through multiple searches of #PatrickFrazee ranch. On one of first searches involved multiple FBI evidence teams, ~100 search and rescue personnel and seven cadaver dogs. Didn’t find much, but this is before Kenney told investigators what she knew.

But when #PatrickFrazee's mistress, Krystal Lee, came forward a few days later, she led them to the burn area covered in dirt. It was where Lee prevoiusly testified it was -- on a dirt driveway, uphill and in sight of Frazee's house.

I just had another sad thought (like we need more). You guys think she bought that Poinsettia to gift Ol' Ma when she went for dinner. sigh.
Gads, you're probably right. Horrible thought.

Let's see, PF was so confused on T'giving day,
"Do I take my fiance and baby to dinner at Ma's
or do I murder my fiance instead."

Sorry if it’s been asked already, I’m still 80+ pages behind-

So PF unloaded the tote with KB’s body and put it high up in the barn on top of hay (15 feet I believe)... he proceeded to burn just about everything... but didn’t notice or bother to go back for the hay bale covered in blood?!?!

  • #1,929
Oh that tooth, coming back to BITE PF in his rear!!!
Again...that's the karma that puts the final nail in his coffin. He just had to knock poor KBs teeth out of her beautiful head...well, way to go cowboy.

Don't forget it's a three day weekend. No court on Monday.

The jury can sit on this and absorb it.

Thank god, cause I've got uni assessments due Tuesday and thursday, everytime I've made a coffee my kindles shouted my name to read up here, I've even contemplated asking for an extension lol

Its bedtime here in scotland, I'm pretty sure unlike those two guilty parties, I won't sleep easy tonight. Kelsey, nothing to do with me, will plague my thoughts.

wish I hadn't ever clicked on that #1 thread, it just breaks my heart. what was a sweet gentle lovely lady like kelsey doing with him? And the injustice of kk getting so little time...

What a way to end a Friday!

But, like you, I want more.

I want to know if that sticky substance was human.

  • #1,932
@KayElJay, we're in desperate need of a new thread before court lets out in another hour or two! Approaching 2,000 posts.

Pretty please with sugar on top?

I bet it infuriates Krystal to be called the “mistress” when she was there first and probably considers Kelsey the “other woman.”

If so, I enjoy her infuriation.
I bet it does too, and I enjoy it as well.

Also plan on referring to her as K. Kenny forever because I know she doesn't like it now.

Ugh that is sickening.

I too was just thinking why he had a bat, let alone three.

What a disgusting person.
well for some reason I have four axes. Not sure how that happened. I don't really think they are all mine...two maybe...

He may not have known there was blood on the hay bale since he used a tractor to get the tote down. MOO

Because he never imagined KK would talk, and direct law enforcement to that barn.

Or what @PommyMommy said, and he just didn’t realize.

BTW..speaking of bats...um...didn't KK drive down to CO with the bat? If so..KK provided the bat. PF is so dang lazy he won't even use his own bat. Yet another way to set up KK for the whole thing.
Is this correct?

That may certainly turn out to be the case. I am in no way saying her body wasn’t in the tote. I guess it probably was.

But.. Radar would not have been able to differentiate between an actual body versus, say, items that had blood and brain matter on them. Right?

Although not likely, PF could have led KL to believe he was burning the body when he had actually disposed of it in some other way. So that IF she talked to police, they would be focused on that patch of land and wouldn’t look elsewhere. And he could enjoy his internal fantasy of being the only one who knows where the body is.

Because trying to think like PF would, if I had really burned a body there, why not put a little more effort into making sure that ground was covered? Bring in a backhoe and pick up dirt and sift thru it, or have those teens do it? It’s like he wasn’t super concerned about what authorities might find there. Because he knew the real prize to find was somewhere else entirely? I don’t know, I’m just speculating.

Normal is just a setting on your dryer.
I would like to think that members of our society fall within the "normal" distribution on a Bell curve when it comes to deviant behavior--like driving to another state to clean up a murder scene. In my opinion, people like KK deviate from the norm and fall near the end of the curve.

So, while many people might not be normal in some sense of the word, I do think that they would fall into the normal range when it comes to making a decision such as this one. Just my opinion, though. ;)
