Yes, it definitely looks like meth, and he has been losing teeth as of late. I truly believe after my digging today that he may be involved in more terrible things...I think that he was denied bond entirely speaks to that. I have a hard time believing that he would start and then stop. Something is horribly wrong with him, and I'm just glad he is off the streets too. I can't imagine being his neighbors.

Oh no worries Anyway, he does appear to drive an older Ford sometimes also. It's mostly white, although on one photo it looked like the top was yellow and there was red (just a little bit on the bottom of the door). Another truck he has a photo of himself in is black with a red interior. He's heavily into drugs, and to be honest, it really wouldn't surprise me if he had said something to one of his friends, they got arrested and decided to turn him in.

He has an unfortunate habit of posting screenshots of FB messages regarding his friend's arrests..which I could see making people mad.
Overall he just seems like a really twisted individual. On one photo he mentions his night vision equipment..and he seems to have a huge array of weapons. I'm really surprised he hasn't been arrested for something sooner to be honest. A lot of his posts are really scary.

Yikes. Based on this, I won't go looking for his facebook. But it sounds like this guy was demented. Following the classic serial killer path; animals, then people. I would put him as a strong candidate for the other shootings as well. Hopefully he was working alone. I am really eager to hear how they zeroed in on him.

I'm sure we'll find out more....but some people that knew him shared the article regarding his arrest on FB and there are many interesting comments on that from all sorts of people that knew him, including an ex of his from a very long time ago. Seems like the FBI has been looking into him for quite a while now

When the shootings suddenly stopped I wondered if the perpetrator had left the area or was in custody for another crime. Did this suspect spend time behind bars after the shootings?

I tried to scroll, and scroll, and scroll... on his fb, but its just daunting and would take days I think to go through it all. I have never seen anything like it. It's probably the most scary and most real version of someone who is evil or absolutely messed up with drugs or some kind of serious mental illness that I have ever seen. JMO It is terrifying that this guy was just "out there" and in society. Anxiously awaiting the PC to see what other information is released.

Windsor police chief stating that they are still working on collecting evidence to submit to the DA on the homicide of John Jacoby. Emphasizes twice that someday in the future he looks forward to standing on the steps of the courthouse in Windsor and making an announcement similar to the one made today.

Another report regarding the arsenal of weapons in his home (of which he has photos of on FB) and him being placed on a mental health hold in 2017 for making threats against a local bank.

Huh, and I just noticed something else on his FB. Because I was scrolling through photos I wasn't paying close attention to the posts. In the posts he mentions his 81 Silverado and also a flat bed red truck in two separate posts from March of this month.
