Sorry, I'll clarify. IMO, the murders took place after SW returned home. I swing between 2 and 4 am for when they actually took place. CW then leaves the house at about 5.30. I am having difficulty understanding how he had the wherewithall to remove the bodies so quickly. Initally, I was thinking that disposal was on his way to work, but depending on when NA actually first called CW and when he actually returned home, it could have been later and thats why he took so long getting back. I dont know!
I think you’re right about the time. It appears that he dumped the bodies on the way to work that morning. NA called C.W. at work, I don’t have the time in front of me but it was around noon. He took his merry time getting home so she then called LE, who actually beat C.W. to his house.

@gitana1 and @Mrspratcher are our two verified attorneys.

The preliminary hearing will determine whether there is enough evidence to proceed to trial. CW has not had a preliminary hearing; and has reserved his right to have one. The next scheduled court appearance is scheduled as a status conference IIRC

why move them though? to try and get away with it? that doesnt make sense because the scene at home hadn't been set. he seemed to be in a rush to get them out of the house.......
He likely planned to set the scene at home later. His priority was getting the bodies out of there as soon as possible. He apparently thought he had time to do the rest after work.

Hmmmm...not sure I can find that relevant here (Ill advised choice, yes obviously it was in hindsight.) I don’t think she could have ever imagined what was coming. Shanann may have felt that there was hope for working out whatever problems they may have had.
I don’t believe there is any evidence of DV in this case before the murders. I don’t think SW would have stood for it. People are making this up based on a few videos where she teased him.

It does seem to be, but I just can't wrap my head around someone else being present. None of what happens makes much sense at all to me. Why strangulation on at least one of the girls is a big question mark for me. I don't understand the use of this method. Suffocation yes.
Both result in asphyxiation. Strangulation is a bit more cruel. It's hard to imagine looking into someone's eyes as you take their life from them. Yet this is what CW did with his wife, and apparently his two little girls. It makes sense that he would use this method with his wife, as it demonstrates the power and a ability to control every last breathe, but how he could do this to his girls is unfathomable to me as well. Excellent point. Do you have any theories?

Dexter this is a fantastic suggestion. The only problem is I don't know if we have the people power to do something like this. It will have to be updated every day.
Maybe we can find all the VI's posts and put them in a separate thread. It will be too hard to try and find the original question because the question usually will not be behind right behind the answer. Let me try an experiment and see how it looks. Back in a while.
If you need help, I'm more than happy to pitch in!

I agree wife yes. Someone choosing that method over others on children is baffling to me.

Am I allowed to post the ingredients of pro bars from Thrive as it relates to one of their daughters having a tree nut allergy?
Been there. Done that. :(

does anyone think this crime is disjointed? Like there is one person doing the murders and another disposing of the bodies? I'm not saying there is, I'm just struggling with the whole murder then quick disposal.
Absolutely not.

Thank you!

I never said it was easy. It’s hard. But if they ever want to get out of it, they can’t play victim. They need to take control of their lives and get out!

I urge you to reconsider this post. You are an intelligent lady & I’m sure you’re aware this violates TOS.

I'm not sure it does violate TOS. I think it is sage advice to take some thingsvthat you find online with a grain of salt.

Totally agree..... someone educated in the law would know best!
I thought he mentioned something about being separated for 6 months but I'm pretty sure he said if was a " no fault" state.

I get that, but he had all night to wash that bedding and instead put it in the bin! perhaps he couldnt work the washer? :)

I’m still kind of surprised that he thought he was going to have 1 or 2+ days to stage and clean up. Did he really think no one was going to miss her and the kids for a day or two or more? Dr. office, Nicole, other friends or work friends or family? And none of those people would find it weird she had zero communication? Or did he truly think people would be like, ‘oh, she took off? ok.’ I just don’t think he was very bright.

I believe he had her phone, and he may have planned to pretend he was her. The phone was stuffed behind some cushions on the couch in the loft, I believe. Thank God it was turned over to LE before he had the chance to pretend he was her (if, indeed, he planned to). JMO
