I would think that if the autopsy proves CW did not kill the girls, they would amend the charges against him. No matter what the court decides about releasing it to the public, the autopsy report cannot be kept from the defense.

They certainly would. The charges reflect what you can prove in court, so if there are charges that don’t apply, they would be dropped/amended.

Did SW and CW have the children in daycare on a regular basis?

If there were a divorce, do you think that either SW or CW would move back to North Carolina? Both?

Can you even imagine how they felt? What was going through their minds, witnessing that behavior? I'll bet my old man's old people flip phone they'll be speaking in court.

This old lady's flip phone went through the washer cycle (45 min) and after I dried out the battery and the chip, here it is, still working 8 weeks later. Try that with your new-fangled smart phone....!!

I am curious what he meant by she barely let me ?
IMO, "she barely got barely gotten into bed" is indicative of when he strangled her.

If the autopsy results are released I would think it would give us a better idea if C.W. is telling the truth or not. Why would the prosecution file a motion to seal them?

I think he was forced to snap necks and arms and legs (post mortem) to fit the girls inside of the tank hole.

So the prosecutors may want to withhold that knowledge and keep the information from not clouding certain peoples mind.

But trust me. If the autopsies shown that SW killed the kids. Then Im sure that the defense would fight like heck to get those findings in the media today.

And I don't see them doing that.

One thing this prosecution team does not want, is a jury like they had in the Casey Anthony trial. So many people believed she was GUILTY already, they were forced to only accept people who NEVER EVER read news papers or watch the tv news. Doing so extensively limits the jury pool. You end up with jurors who do not know how to connect the dots--- Jurors who are uninterested in the community, or perhaps ambivalent, in general.

I don't think the state wants to taint the jury pool at this time. JMO

But the burden is high and it's not granted often. IMO it would take more than the fear of a tainted jury pool. Not that the jury pool isn't important - it is. JMO

Thank you for this! I feel like it is a little extra than what I’ve seen. Every time I see his interviews I just can’t get over all the lies when he knew exactly where they were and never coming back.

In Colorado, autopsy results are public record. The prosecution says that they don’t want them released, and risk tainting the jury pool. I’m taking this at face value.

I am way behind again. I watched the interview of CW that someone posted - thanks for posting.
CW sure does have a lot of gray hair for 33.
He also has a beautiful complexion.
He looks so normal (I had the audio down - at work).

I do not think SW killed the babies. No reason for her to murder them.

They inadvertently let a murder into their home, and let him sleep in the room across from their daughter. I’m not blaming them, but that’s definitely enough to mess you up as a parent.

Their reaction was was what real shock and devastation looks like.

CW showed no such emotion.

He did use words like “surreal” and “nightmare though,” which is somehow enough for some people to believe him.

I think Scott Peterson may have said something similar. Of course he’s on death row.....

Yeah, what if CW had another rage fit while in their home. Or panicked or whatever. Really bad and feel for them.

Good question.

I love my back home family members. But going to visit for 5 weeks with my kids while pregnant would be a bit much.

So I actually think SW was actually considering moving back out there and probably looked at daycare options as well while there.

Btw. CW could have had 1000 mistresses.

But I guarantee that the emotional conversation was probably based off he thought she was actually preparing to move back to nc with the girls jmo

Respectfully - I disagree that he had to snap bones and I think there's a possibility of a bigger reason as to why the prosecution filed the motion to seal the autopsies. I don't know what the reason is, but that's my opinion.

Yes. He appeared very well put together for a guy who had just killed his wife “in a fit of rage.”

Whichever scenario you believe, it’s stunning that his appearance was so normal. No redness, no puffiness, no dark circles, and no tears.
