I can't imagine anyone enjoys hearing bickering, but I'm having trouble even understanding why we're talking about it. Was there a video that showed SW and CW bickering? (Not asking for a link, just if you remember one?)

I believe SW loved her family more than anything in the world. There is no manual on parenting and I believe SW was striving to be the best mother she could despite having an extremely passive and seemingly apathetic husband. Whether I agree or not that every picture/video should be shared with SM doesn't matter because she was doing what she thought was best for her family. Bella and Cece look like normal, happy, well-adjusted kids and I believe that's because SW loved them with all her heart and they felt that love. I've messed up as a parent and I'm sure most of us have but if we love our kids and they know it, I think we've succeeded. IMO

My take of reading that motion is a main issue for the defense is the absence of that type language.

There was no 'the states request a palm print to compare to impression evidence noted on the body of the victims'. It was a vague we need these 3 things to compare to a 'variety of evidence' leaving the defense in the dark.

They need that spelled out to them?

I have been married since 1973. We had a couple friends that we played cards with that would belittle each other the whole night. We finished with the relationship. It was too nasty.

It’s so not fair to judge SW by an interpretation of 5 or 6 FB videos. Listen to the heartfelt interviews given by her friends and family. Hear what they have to say about her. These people describe a totally different person who was loving and kind and fun to be around. Shouldn’t these interviews be taken into consideration, too?

I think the intense eye on SW's social media accounts is partly just how mean we all are these days. My friend is a mom blogger and joked the quickest way to get 10,000 comments on a post is to show a picture of your baby with the seatbelt buckle intentionally slightly low. You'll have thousands of people yelling at you that you're doing it wrong.

I've said the same thing. The judgment on parenting on line is intense.

How long did it take to watch those? The only ones I looked at were the ones posted on here and that took loong enough with the buffereing issues.

Seconds? I'm not having buffering problems. And it is not hard to find the thousands of loving posts about her children or husband. I just looked at a few.

It's vastly harder to find the ones people are picking apart on here. People had to work super hard to find those IMO.

Pommy, hope this is not redundant, I saw an interview that the couple that hosted the bday party gave. JR and his wife, her saying the kids were playing happily playing together hours ago. I REALLY wish I could find that interview. Is that the one you were inquiring about yesterday? Why can't we find it?

There is so much known about what happens to children. The Adverse Childhood Experiences is even a law now in several states and I think it is Federal as well in some respects.

If we would change way children are treated at school, have doctors, social workers and police working together, we would have a better world. Less addiction and that includes food, shooping , gambling as well as drugs, less murder, less depression, less DV, less of all of those ills that affect us because of shame based methods of dealing with children.

The research is there.

Yes but you don't need that language in the motion for there to be probable cause. They all have the affidavit and are aware what the defendant is claiming.

One thing to remember, folks - we have hours of SW's videos and nothing from CW because he deleted his FB account. I don't know what we would have said if we had access to his. So it is OK to look at SW's videos, but don't make far-reaching conclusions, please. We are dissecting SW's posts but have no SM from CW.

All we have from CW is the statement that his wife strangled her daughter. And the interviews with obvious lying.
