How could he ditch the vehicle? I did not relaize no mountains there until people pointed it out.

He could drive it somewhere and then run home. But where?
I think his plan was to text her "Where are you"

all day while at work with no replies.

Then after work go to a bar or hangout with friends before reporting his family being possibly kidnapped later on that night.

The bedding was probably staged as if some home invader came in through the back door while they were asleep and forced them out of the house from the exit where cameras dont cover.

And his alibi would basically be he was at work and with friends all day and night and couldn't possibly have done it since they were still there when he went to work.

The prosecution has not received the report themselves. They were just being proactive

Hmm...I wonder why they agreed to the deadline in the previous motion. I wonder if the deadline has been changed. I don’t see that indicated here. @Amandaaa ?

What do people think his plan was before it got derailed? Was it to bring them to the tanks? Did he have a grave dug? Digging is really hard. Are there rocks in the soil?

He must have known the size of the oil tank hole.

What time were they killed? If right away, that gives him three hours. If later, how does that fit a plan?

I think that the oil tanks were the plan for all three of them. I agree that he should have known the size of the opening, but it’s possible that he could have misjudged it or frankly, her size enough that SW would not fit. The shallow grave seems too difficult and easily disturbed to be a long term solution.

I’m back and forth on when and in what order they died other than I believe Bella did die before Cece. I think that was another nugget of truth in his story.

Post getting rid of the bodies I think he planned to go home and gather enough of their clothes, meds, car seats, etc to make it plausible, and then dispose of them before calling the police to report them missing. I actually lean toward him not ever disposing of the car. I think it would have been too risky that he’d be seen driving it. It wasn’t a non-descript 4 door sedan. It was a Lexus SUV that draws attention.

I think he planned to say that a friend was helping her disappear (due to the emo convo). That would even allow him to get on tv later and beg that imaginary person to come forward and help him get his babies.

All my opinion.

"Additionally, there have been a number of private individual requests (citizen requests) for the autopsy reports, by persons who do not appear to have any connection to this case."

There must be a reason for these citizen requests because the average sleuther or citizen stalking them feels extremely creepy IMO. Would this be any kind of experts or ? I'm looking for a better reason.
AB? I thought she said that her outfit was looking for them.plus a zillion other media businesses.

I'm glad the motion is very clear that they don't have it. Maybe people will think twice before accusing the prosecution of hiding evidence and Brady violations instead of attempting to protect the integrity of the trial in the future.

Weld DA Michael Rourke says he has not received autopsy reports in Christopher Watts case

“The Weld County Coroner’s Office has, however, received approximately 20 requests for the autopsy reports of the victims in this case,” the response states. “The Weld County Coroner’s Office began receiving requests on August 17, 2018 and the requests have continued through September 21, 2018.

“In addition to the written requests, there are numerous media outlets and their producers who continually telephone the Weld County Coroner’s Office, on a daily basis, requesting the autopsy reports and updates. Additionally, there have been a number of private individual requests (citizen requests) for the autopsy reports, by persons who do not appear to have any connection to this case.”

It doesn't make very much sense tho:
Of course the person is heartbroken with their loss.
Of course a part of their life is now gone forever.
and so on...

The heartless criminal that killed them couldn't care less... and they have already been found guilty.

I believe it is more for the benefit of the victims.

Character witnesses at a murder trial are silly to me... I can hear it now- He wouldn't hurt a fly and so on.
Same here -- IMO the defense will have probably 15+ willing to get up there and say how he never missed Sunday School, was always helping the teacher, did good deeds everyday, was always a gentleman, opened the doors for his teachers, shared his lunch at school, blah de blah de blah. Further, I'm not sure how many the judge will permit -- we have 4 dead people here, and only one person in that courtroom has a motive...

Thank you. I understand that the prosecution is saying they don’t have the report & realize they are required to share with the defense...but I see nothing about extending the deadline in that motion. So I was just wondering if the deadline has changed from today.
I'm sure the judge will figure it all out, it was a misunderstanding.
I can see how that happened.
When the DA wanted it sealed from public view, it seemed like they had in their hands. :) I thought they had the reports back too, based on the motion filed.
My question is, what's taking the Pathologist so long. Gah! (just kidding).
And citizens asking for them? Whaaat? nuts!

Logical theory, it works imo. I think NUA threw a BIG wrench in the plan. And I don't think he expected the hooplah it received. I think in the news interviews he's almost trying to minimize the situation . MOO

I don't know the area at all, but I guess I would take to the airport parking lot and take uber back home. JMO

Cameras everwhere. I am not picking you apart. I cannot figure out the plan. Looking for ideas

Interesting re the bedding. That makes sense.

Could it be that they had the initial report at the time they agreed to the deadline, but then for some reason needed additional input and sent it to the forensic pathologist?

Maybe he can get some people to write letters . Sounds like some good ideas there. Seems to be a popular idea nowadays. Lol

I don't think we know for sure that he knew of the camera prior to the murders, correct?

I think he learned about the cameras before the arrest because he answered questions with really specific times, like he left at 5:23 am, etc, and I think he got that from what he was told from the cameras. JMO

Yes! God bless NUA. I also wonder if some of his statements in the interviews that seem so off/odd are half hearted attempts to go forward with the original plan that she ran away with help. “This has to stop....”.

And IMO, had he gone to a bar after work, I'm sure the friends would have brought up about how during those hangouts, CW spoke at great length about a potential separation, speaking of putting the house up for sale, etc. We saw these stories coming from CW already, per NUA and NT/AT interviews with MSM.

CW really did seem to be setting a stage for her walking out, IMO, and if he had more time, he likely would've been spreading that very story to anyone else who expressed concern over SW and the girls' whereabouts.

Me neither but we aren't killers, so there's that :) :)
