Ok. So that doesn't mean they put money into it, right?

That's definitely what I think, aside from possibly the material costs which is not a lot. So the "new custom kitchen cabinets" in the 400k home weren't part of the debt problem, IMO.

Ahh ok, so a different person would be responsible for filling them? Do you know if these are Union jobs?
No person is responsible for filling them. The oil is pumped into the tanks by an oil derrick (pumper).
I don't know if his was a Union job. My husband's wasn't. I don't know how to put links on here, but the best thing you can do to understand is to Google "oil production".

In CW's maintenance role, would he be cleaning out the tanks, when empty?
Would he be removing, what remains in the tanks?
He may have been involved in it, but he wouldn't have done it by himself.

Well if he knows that it explains things. He really didn't have time. But I'm sure burying her in a shallow grave wasn't Plan a. I wonder what it was?
Maybe CW researched grave depth? “In general, most graves dug today are not 6 feet deep. According to Nancy Faulk, director of Prairie Home Cemetery in Waukesha, Wisconsin, "Many states simply require a minimum of 18 inches of soil on top of the casket or burial vault (or two feet of soil if the body is not enclosed in anything)." She added that the crew at Prairie Home Cemetery uses "an approximate depth of 4 feet for traditional and natural burial." How Deep Are the Dead Really Buried?

We also recently learned that they had new custom kitchen cabinets installed inside of that $400K home.
Yes, SW's dad made the cabinets.

I don’t know if the person (I say that because I thought we weren’t allow to discuss FM’s) charged them for the cabinets or not.

I am curious if anyone thinks CW would have done any incriminating web searches (assuming it was pre-planned) at an Internet café with cash versus on his phone or computer? I would think it is common knowledge that this will be checked if your family turns up missing. Although, I would have also thought he would have realized that lying about a work affair to the police early on would also not be a good idea since that also would be checked out.

When a tanker comes to pick up oil would the tanks be emptied out in one day by that tanker? Or would only a small portion be taken? Since these tanks were nearly full, I wonder if it is possible CW thought they would be emptied over the weekend enough that he could open the lower hatch. Is it possible he planned to put SW and the girls in an empty tank using the larger manway/cleanout at the bottom? Could the tanker have been rescheduled? Or perhaps he was off on his calculations on what day the oil should have been picked up? Maybe that is why he ended up burying SW & Nico and put the girls in the tanks? Perhaps his last minute change was that he would move SW to one of the tanks after it had been emptied. Is it possible the tank was scheduled to be emptied that day and had NUA not called he would have returned and moved SW to the tank via the manway door later that day?
I believe they are emptied out in one day, but I can't remember how much oil my husband said a tanker truck holds. You may be onto something with this theory.

I don't think that the "mental giant" really had a "plan". He had a fantasy of how wonderful his life would be when the wife and kids were gone. He found it easier than he thought to kill them. It was the rest of the details he hadn't processed. Magical thinking, "I will just tell everyone she left, disappeared, probably kidnapped.".

Impulsivity is an indicator of psychopaths, the problem is that they usually don't process the consequences. He killed them, I think he had fantasized about it, and lost it with Cece, or Bella, killed them, and then, just finished off SW. That part was done. He fantasized about killing them, and how great his life would be when they were gone, he had not processed the space in between...how to get rid of the bodies. How to present a cognitive storyline.

He just decided to throw the bodies in the truck, and get rid of them. He drove to a job site, probably thinking he could hide the bodies in the oil tanks, he didn't realize SW wouldn't fit. He probably thought he could bury her, and the ground is literally hard packed sandy rock in that area, I don't think he realized how difficult it would be. The entire situation was disorganized.

I don't think that he came up with the idea that SW killed the kids, that story came from someone far more intelligent than CW.

We aren’t allowed to sleuth family members, but SW’s dad making the cabinets was stated on a MSM show.

With how much he adored his daughter and grandchildren, I seriously doubt he charged market value labor. JMO.

I don't think that CW had an accomplice. Unless the person rivals Plakleds, from Star Trek. There is no reason for anyone to get involved in a scenario like this. Even if the sensors went off, the "Mental Giant", probably had some bizarre story to justify this, that made sense in his brain cell.
I don't think he had an accomplice either. And there was a lot of discussion as to whether or not there were alarms, or if he was able to disarm them.

I agree. Or someone with money and time to concentrate on getting legal advice just before he decided to tell the "truth".

@MollyDDD Would you have a link for this post as I have not read this previously. TIA

If this is accurate and CW and SW did have a recent new custom kitchen cabinets installed in their home then it lends to the possibility that there are many reasons why people embark on a home renovation project and sometimes they have a long term plans to sell and want to increase the value of their home.
The most common projects for home renovations are the kitchen and bath renos for the purpose of resale.

Hi
Someone else posted a video of a woman who had baked an 8" diameter cake. When she flexed her fingers across the cake, they reached from one side to the other. I have smallish hands and just flexed one ... it was exactly 8" from the tip of my thumb to the tip of my middle finger. Try it yourself ... it's truly shocking. Can you imagine a body being forced into such a small opening.
Hi Judi, this is not CW's site. But it sure gives us a an idea. Also, I have not seen this on the news.

Yes but what's the difference between that and his worksite except other people would eventually come to his worksite.

He has to drive many lonely miles to get to those two sites. The GPS likely wouldn't track how long he stopped anywhere along the road, just where he drove. Or does it?

I am not sure if it tracks the amount of time spent, if in fact he pulled over for an hour or so...?

I did not see any mention of that. It seems she was involved in a lawsuit against them.

In about the tenth paragraph down, it says “Critically, however, plaintiff specifically alleges that defendant Shannan King (a co-owner of DSCSW) — not AGFS — initially denied his application for credit.”

KEY v. DIRTY SOUTH CUSTOM | No. 5:09-CV-32-D. | 20090604805 | Leagle.com

It’s really neither here nor there, but I found it curious. The case against Dirty South was dismissed, BTW.

Very interesting.
I wonder if CW merely could set his own schedule of checks, or easily modify the schedule.
You should go back and read those pages, there was a lot of opinion, and ppl with oil industry ties were giving their opinions too. Also the abduction theory of her (planned?) disappearance was explained by ppl who have thought about it a lot.

I read that in a previous post but I do not think it was a recent job with the intent of listing the house.

I am always impressed when I meet real “power moms”, and usually tell them so. Shanann is like a “power mom” to me.

Cheers to all the moms and power moms out there who do all you can for your kids.
