Did they live beyong their means? Maybe. They seemed to have a big mortgage and we know they filed bankruptcy at one point. IMO a lot of couples their age live beyond their means. Frankly I couldn't live that way but lots of people do. However, I'm not sure why it's all being blamed on SW. He is an equal participant. I don't understand why CW doesn't seem to have to take responsibility for anything in their marriage or life. He's treated like he's a weak child. No, those were the little humans he murdered.

Once again, I am asking for a link to support the QUOTE. No, that link does not have the quote that is in the original post by MerryB.

Thank you to those of you who attempted to address Pommy while I was at work. I work in a setting with children & families & often am not able to be online. I also have my own family, so my responses may not always be prompt. I’m happy to add links to my original message.

It’s great to looks at all aspects, but we should never look at them to the exclusion of others.

Some things cannot be ignored, not if we want to determine the truth.

She could have been a controlling partner, spent recklessly, verbally abused her husband, been too focused on her business, and it pales in comparison to the known facts here.

With so many unknown facts some are still exploring all aspects.

I wonder if CW went out Saturday night taking SW's vehicle so that any preparation beforehand couldn't be proven from his company vehicle GPS.
Has it ever been confirmed that CW used a company vehicle, rather than the vehicle provided for him by Le-Vel that Shanann mentioned on her FB page?

The known facts are compelling. The unknown, once revealed, will likely be insurmountable for the man charged with 5 counts of murder in the first.

That would be great. Sometimes things have a way of becoming fact by mistake and I just want to make sure. It's a good timeline as long as it can be supported!

why would you limit it to Shan'nan liking to live beyond her means, but not CW?
Looking for records of past ownership of him as well I see nothing at all. Let alone anything that touched upon the house purchase she made on a nanny salary. The bankruptcy debt imo weighed heavier for her. Once married debt belongs to both partners. So the joint bankruptcy would reflect him maybe more severely since he had good credit to do home alone in Colorado it makes me think hers may not have qualified. Again many married couples have that same issue and one partner may finance alone. Imo it seems odd to go from a huge home to living with friends unless there is a reason. They did that. I am curious as how you go from bankruptcy to traveling the world on MLM trips without it affecting your household finances. They both traveled. She traveled without him as well. His income imo we really don’t know if it increased to cover those trips. I would be interested on which of them paid the bills at home and if both partners were equally aware of marital debt. Imo there seems to be a lot of things we don’t know.

Of course. But I think he's talking about exploring all aspects while ignoring facts.

Finances can be the biggest stress in a marriage. Who knows the extent of their debts, their family support on either side financially, who's decision each expenditure was. They were married adults and both of them were equally responsible for those choices.

I know it can be stereotypical in some places and to some people to blame the wife and treat the husband like a bullied child in general, but that does both of them a disservice.

As a side note, a close family member of mine's wife left him after 27 years of marriage and it got ugly ugly. He got the short end in a lot of ways in court and came out emotionally scarred with just his truck & his personal effects in the back. He had a lot of reasons to be furious, heartbroken and really bitter. Enraged, even. But he didn't kill anyone. No murders. No wife in a shallow grave, no kids in oil tanks. He's very happy now, years later.

Too bad CW couldn't think through the end of his horrible destructive choices and allow his wife to move on and his 3 babies to grow up and have futures of their own. All JMO.

1 We have discussed the HOA lawsuit and how it is not dispositive of financial ruin...it could be a dispute. We just do not know.
2 SW did not file bankruptcy to my knowledge at anytime before her marriage. The bankruptcy is both of theirs.
3 We have no evidence that it was SW living outside her means only and not also CW.
4 We do not yet have any concrete evidence of serious financial issues at the time of the murders.
5 This is all speculation. We do not know the reasons why there was a school change. Since Bella was attending a private school, I do not see how that proves financial problems.
I don’t understand why it is assumed by so many that Shanann was the one who overspent, rather than CW, alone, or both of them, together. CW had a gym membership, CW wore the the athletic clothing, bearing team names and brand logos that rarely go on sale, CW used an expensive looking power mower to cut the grass on their teeny tiny lawn, CW was having the affair and living the double life.

We don’t know what the unknown will reveal. Opinions often vary and this case doesn’t appear to be an exception. Hopefully, that changes when the unknown facts become known.

I have not heard. I recall Shanann mentioning level paid for both of their cars on SM and she mentioned his Explorer. She also mentioned turning the Explorer in as per SM so I am leaning imo that it may have been based on that but can not state a fact. @Colorado303 do you know if his truck was company or if they paid for it ?

I believe CW had earned Le-Vel auto allowance level sales, but I don't think he'd purchased a vehicle yet (even after selling their Ford Explorer). It's also been assumed the brown truck seized by LE was company owned, but we have no confirmation of that. MOO

I could be wrong here, but I get the impression that some are considering certain things as evidence, facts or victim blaming that other aren’t. IMO it’s not ignoring facts it’s just looking at things different.

"You have two types of deterioration. You have sudden and you have gradual. Sudden would be an example of infidelity. When somebody is not faithful to their partner, the partners realize the relationship cannot be sustained. Gradual would be if you met somebody at work or a new friendship has occurred and you, as it goes on, you see that okay, maybe this relationship has more potential than the relationship I have with my partner. And that would gradually push the old relationship out and push the new relationship in."

I’m wondering if they did not purchase another car bc marital problems or financial ones? It may be they could not decide on one but it seems odd if it were free through level why not get it.

That is a very good point about the double life and the affair. It costs a lot of cash to carry on an affair. That is how my friend caught her husband cheating on her. After 5 years of him taking lunches from home, or eating a subway sandwich at lunchtime, suddenly she is seeing all of these fancy meals at lunchtime.

And then these cash atm withdrawals, for 40 or 60, here and there...she became very curious. And she began asking around to the few coworkers of his that she knew. And they eventually told her that he had a girlfriend at work.

All those 'overtime' hours that she though was going to be paid TO him, was actually him being out with her , spending their $ on her...

LMAO--I have no ideas how these words are being crossed out...????

Was this video made before he was married?

It seems he’s explaining how he would act if he were in that situation, it shows his lack of loyalty and morals.
