Move on from the healthcare/ACA discussion now, please. It's all been discussed and it may not have any bearing on this case. If it turns out to be pertinent to this case, we will allow discussion at that time.

Thank you!

They are building it.

It isn't here yet. Is there a way that this plays into any theories you have about SW's death?

Is Trinket78 still active? I am unable to keep up with every single comment, but I haven't seen a post from her in a while.

Admittedly, I had to take a break from the case after listening to AB on 9/27 and the discussion regarding the 8-inch thief hatches of the oil tanks -- I had deeply disturbing visuals passing through my mind.

No. That does not say we have to give equal weight to all VI's opinions.

I said equal face value not equal weight gitana1. There is a distinction in my view but either way moving on.

Why did CW need to speak with his dad before confessing? Or would only confess, if he could speak to this dad?

This is what I keep pondering.
Yeah, that doesn't seem like everything is on the up and up to me...IMHO of course.

I would think it would be his appointed attorneys and theirs present as well moo

Most crim defense attorneys are not well versed in probate law, so I imagine it won't be easy for them, but perhaps just as representatives of whatever he's told them he's willing or not willing to do...as if he should have a choice  hopefully the Rzuceks will have theirs present though.

If personal knowledge of the AP and the timing or start of an affair is posted off the cuff by a VI, IMO I can see wanting to contradict and withdraw that after later consideration and evaluation.

The AP is reportedly a witness and has been interviewed by LE, and his lies about the affair will undoubtedly become part of the trial.

Pure speculation on my part says that there may be regret involved in not thinking through giving specifics on this particular issue as forum discussion/verification of closeness to CW.

ALL JMO!

As I was looking for a particular post of Trinket’s for another post regarding the AP, I came across a few others I thought I’d bring forward to hopefully address some misconceptions about her perspective.

The threads are closed so I could not use multi-quote to bring them here. I apologize if there’s a better way to do this that I’m not aware of.

Misconception: Trinket only knew CW well.

Misconceptions: CW never had a girlfriend until he met SW. He went to Miami U.

Misconception: This VI didn’t like SW or know her well enough to have a valid opinion.

Right she knew her in a different capacity, which I took to mean not necessarily as a friend, but as CW'S wife. Also, " I didn't dislike her," is not usually what you would say about a friend. She said she believed CW when he gave the porch interview. There is nothing unusual about supporting a friend. I never got the impression she was hiding the fact that they were good friends. I don't think the other VI 's are either. Of course you are going to defend someone you care about. Naturally they are biased, I don't see anything wrong with that. I would defend my friend as well. I don't think there is neccessarily misconceptions of VI's, just that some people may or may not agree with their statements or choose to believe them or not. I also don't remember anyone saying the VI only knew CW. I think they are aware the VI knew them both but was obviously closer to CW by their own admission of knowing him before he met SW.

Now copy and paste the ones where this same V.i felt CW is telling the truth about SW kiling the kids.

Thanks in advance :)

@Trinket78 was the one who said she found out about the AP when everyone else did (“at the start” was initially perceived to mean at the start of the affair, which she later clarified).

@Colorado303 is the one who hinted at a potentially salacious reason Bella was changing schools.

Hope this helps! MOO
I didn't get the idea it was "potentially salacious" at all
Maybe it was just something that was personal and might cause speculation or judgement. Jmo

No, it was not the same VI who made the statement about the school. Anyway one school was a private school and since that would cost more, then the reason might be because of costs imo.

<modsnip - do not tag the member whose post you are quoting> No that was Colorado303
Trust me, you really don’t want me to answer this.

thanks guys
appreciate the clarification.

but still my point remains the unsubstantiated posts that create confusion and innuendo by VIs

ie the trust me you don't want me to answer this statement.

its not really a fair post to make imo
and ill be judged for passing judgement on an unreasonable statement.

Yes, that's the one where it was said she didn't see it as him lying, because she knew how he was when he was nervous
I dont have any idea how to post it so I wish I could see it too because I am just going by memory.

OK. I think it comes down to the fact that some people are going to believe what they want to believe. No matter what is posted, they are going to interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms their preexisting hypotheses or theories. JMO

Yes, I wish we hadn't been left with this mystery...

My DH had a theory on the strangulation as done by CW. He said that he could have used the crook of his arm, interior of elbow, to strangle the girls, not his hands. I was thinking about the mark on CW's neck that looks like an imprint from Cece's teeth, trying to figure out how that could have got there, it reminded me of what he had said.

I agree. Chase Bank always seems more than willing to loan you money for the equity in your home. The HOA problem is a sign the finances were out of control. Unfortunately, those MLMs require too much investment on the part of the seller. People get in over their heads before they realize their business has tied up all their cash flow.
MLM’s are usually short lived and not a long lasting career.

Would that clarify a misconception?

As long as the words of a VI aren’t given more weight than the facts, I take no issue with who someone wants to believe.
