CW provided consent.I believe they had her phone, but there’s not much they can do with it if it was locked or without a search warrant.

He could have cut the sheets into tiny pieces. Then he could have put them under a jacket or into a lunch box,
Was the sheet seen on the first walk through? Her purse would have been seen
Are you an OB? Either SW's OB approved it or didn't approve it. Shouldn't be difficult for the defense to get the facts. JMO
The burden is still on the prosecution to prove CW murdered the children. JMO

He turned it over to LE. They wouldn’t need a warrant at that point. That’s what I thought as well, but there’s not much they can do with it if it was locked or without a search warrant.

I think the jury will be swayed if SW's doctor testifies he never approved the patches. That is a fact they won't ignore. JMO
Chris provided consent to check Shanann's phone and ultimately surrendered it to allow Det. Baumhover to examine it for information leading to Shanann's (and daughters) whereabouts. Det. Baumhover transported the phone to the Frederick Police Department where it has remained since Det. Baumhover collected it.I’m not sure, but I know many times they still need a warrant to scrub the phone.

Me too. It’s likely that those dots are on separate pieces of paper, many miles apart. How so? She had a little too much caffeine?
CW's defense (for now) is that he killed SW because she was in the midst of murdering Cece after he told her he wanted a separation. I'm just not connecting the dots between patches and CW's defense strategy.
So according to your schedule, starting on June 10 she was with her husband until June 26, 16 days, then goes on a summer visit to the family where CW joined them for 1 week of the 6, I don't see any big deal (??) Are you saying because she was pregnant she shouldn't have gone to Arizona for 2 days, one night? Why is this summer schedule any blight on family life? Wasn't CW uh, "dating" the AP for 5 weeks? Or much longer? What if she had stayed home instead of visiting her family? Would he have killed her sooner?SW found out she was pregnant on June 10, 2018 she goes to San Diego on June 23 with Chris gets back on June 26 and goes to North Carolina June 27 on she flys home on August 8 only to leave August 10-12 to go to Scottsdale Arizona . Imo this schedule is not typical for a happily married couple with news of a miracle pregnancy especially with the NC stylist friend commenting about separation. She may have been 15 weeks pregnant but they spent very little time together after she found out she was pregnant. Imo
He turned it over to LE. They wouldn’t need a warrant at that point.
If they want to use it in court I think they need a warrant even if they had consent from CW to look at SW’s phone. I’m not sure though? He turned it over to LE. They wouldn’t need a warrant at that point.
What proof is there that the children were not already dead when CW entered the room? I'd like to see a link.Yes and they will use that against him that he didn't try to help his child from dying. Many think that is a point (along with many other facts) that proves he is the murderer and not SW. You obviously do not. A jury can decide if that along with the other things they will use in their case is enough or not. Like I said before, there's not going to be a video of CW (or SW) committing the crime so people have to use their own thought process and common sense with the circumstantial evidence they will have.
No, it's not that cut and dried. Drs. and Midwives don't always jot down something like that.Exactly.
What proof is there that they weren't already dead when she got back 3 hours late from a business trip? What proof is there that the children were not already dead when CW entered the room? I'd like to see a link.
Thanks.

I'm pretty sure a warrant would be needed if the phone was locked. He turned it over to LE. They wouldn’t need a warrant at that point.
I don’t think the trip to North Carolina was solely for the purpose of visiting with family and friends. I think it was a work trip, as well. Many of her North Carolina peeps are Thrive customers, and her teacher spoke about a convention she attended. I think she hoped to expand her network when she was there.SW found out she was pregnant on June 10, 2018 she goes to San Diego on June 23 with Chris gets back on June 26 and goes to North Carolina June 27 on she flys home on August 8 only to leave August 10-12 to go to Scottsdale Arizona . I am not sure what you mean by "strangulation does not always take time". Strangulation ALWAYS takes time. At least 4-5 mins per person.
what was cause of death ? Aphixiation or broken neck ? Was her carotid artery compressed? Was her brain stem snapped? We do not know the cause of death there are factors that could be important in time it took for her to die.I am not sure what you mean by "strangulation does not always take time".
