AB 10/11/18
Very little today, most time spent focusing on other crimes.
1. Will C.W. reenact the killings as he remembers them in court? Crime journalist, Pat Lalama said if C.W. tries to reenact this story that would be like throwing fresh meat to a lion after that abominable display of deception when he gave those interviews, lie after lie, after lie. Unless his defenders think he’s 100% innocent and telling the truth all he would do is give the prosecution so much fodder, it would bury him. No way is this going to happen. Jodi Arias did a re-enactment at her trial. Didn’t turn out so well. When you lie and make up stories it doesn’t turn out so well. You can’t reenact it. Susan Wright’s Prosecutor dragged Wright’s marital bed into the courtroom, and the prosecutor got on the bed with a man who played the victim. The prosecutor straddled the man in that bed and acted out stabbing him. It was very effective, and it worked for the Prosecution.
2. Former police, Tom Morris Jr. explains, this case, the diabolical way CW got rid of the bodies, putting the two girls into an oil tank, burying his wife in a shallow grave 40 miles away, that also says to a jury that this man could have called the police when he first saw his wife strangling his children. He didn’t do that. Even if you reenact the situation, a jury is going to see through that. AB said, “But juries are unpredictable.”
