Exactly. The evidence is the only thing that will do the talking here. If he decides to speak, and actually describe his actions, and what he says jibes with the evidence, then fine, I’ll consider it.Evidence will be released after the November 19 hearing. That will answer a lot of questions. But not all. Murderers are notorious liars (!!). If the evidence doesn’t answer a particular question, there’s not much anyone can do about it. That’s pretty much the status quo for any murder case - it’s very unusual the killer makes full disclosure and many still proclaim innocence (like Scott Peterson). But we’ll know what the evidence was after November 19 when this plea deal is set in stone and it’s all released.
But I absolutely don’t expect that to happen.
