Comments saying he didn't have to force the girls into the tanks, and that he buried Shanann as she would not fit:

SA CODER and I returned to the room with CHRIS a short time later and asked him if he was positive BELLA and CELESTE were inside the tanks. CHRIS said yes. CHRIS said he put the girls into the tanks by the hatch on the top. CHRIS said he had to walk up the stairs and then opened the hatch. I told CHRIS the detectives on scene said they could barely fit their arm through the hatch. I asked CHRIS if it was hard to get the girls in the tanks and he said no. I asked CHRIS if he had to push the girls into the tanks and he said, "Not really." I asked CHRIS if SHANANN was buried because he knew she was too big to fit in the tank and he said yes. I asked CHRIS if it was possible he put the girls in the tanks when they were alive and he said, "No, God no, no, no, no, God, no, God no." As if anything at all he said or says can be believed though. He is completely FOS.

I think the neighbors would have also noticed.

This guy didn’t bother to even pick up the sheet that he left at the dumpsite.

I don’t think he’d go to bizarre lengths like burning blankets on the grill.

Right. This was a man who left tufts of hair on the tank door and wrapped his wife's dead body in the sheet from their bed and then buried them all on his WORK property-a property he drove to with his GPS outfitted work truck.

He wasn't bright enough to destroy evidence.

I had just added this line to the timeline on my post -

1707 hours: Watts called Sandy Rzucek and held a nearly twelve minute conversation (Maybe that was the FaceTime call which was referenced on Page 591?)

This makes sense. On page 680 Shanann’s father said he FaceTimed with the kids on Sunday evening.

He estimated it to be around 1700, which jibes with the 1707 (actual) time.

Discovery Page 622 (about the autopsy) says this: Shanann appeared to have a large amount of skin slippage and her amniotic sack protruding from her vaginal area. Dr. Burson examined the amniotic sack and removed Shanann’s fetus.

I thought Nico was found outside of Shanann's body and covered in dirt? Which sounded weird originally because Shanann had underwear on.

Where did that information come from originally?

Hey did you (or anyone else of course) run across anything that said that the Cervi site was scheduled to be closed down, phased out, or something like that? I can't even remember where I read that, someone said it was in the documents and that it would mean that he maybe thought the girls would never be found.

Ding, ding, ding!! I now understand why he chose the Cervi location - the wells on that ranch are going to be shut down. He was counting on that happening before the girls were discovered is my guess. (Via Troy McCoy's [CW's boss] FBI interview @pdf page# 297.)

I found pdf page 297 thanks to cailleach and this is what CW's boss says -

There are approximately 500 E40 batteries in the area maintained by McCoy's group. Six or seven of these sites are on or near Cervi Ranch, which is a cattle ranch. Most of these are older sites that will be eventually be plugged and abandoned. The sites are generally not very large, and they may contain a couple of tanks, a water pit and a well. McCoy, Watts and their crews are responsible for keeping these wells operating until the wells are shut down.

Yes I did read that in the docs and I am only in the 300's somewhere. There were to be discontinued and abandoned and I do believe when they do that they empty the tanks but maybe do not go in them.
When they used the word abandoned I thought that was odd because if that was my land and they no longer were going to be using them I would want them torn down and gone. And they are on private ranch land and the oil company maintains the property and roads leading to them plus pays the rancher land use fees or if the oil is actually pumped out of that land they get royalties, something to do with mineral rights. To me it is all confusing but I was told that when I was out there.
But yes it was in the docs somewhere that they were to be shut down in the future.
P.S. and sorry do not remember the page number but I am only up to 369 so before that somewhere in there!!!!

We are in a gas lease on a well that did not produce well. The lease has been expired for over a year...maybe more, and they still have not removed their equipment. They remove the chemicals but have not cleaned the tanks. The person who had the property they are sitting on has called and called and they ignore him. Often, enough time passes by and often a company goes out of business and the government will have to pick up the clean-up activities. They are slow too unless the is imminent danger to health or environment. I used to work for companies doing the clean-up and it is nothing for this to be over $100,000 and up. I won one bid that had been 20 years in the making. The thick crudes will even solidify, and they will cut the top out and use a deadline shovel to scoop the stuff that can't be easily pumped out. Those tiny little bones would never be detected. It would have been a perfect crime had they not had GPS and had SW not had so many people who loved her and quickly flew to her rescue.

Maybe this is the answer. On page 124 it states that LE had information CW stopped at 6500 Black Mesa Rd particulary 6507 for several minutes. It is a housing development site with some dumpsters which were emptied on the 16th August and deposited on the top of Eire landfill.

Someone was asking about whether Shanann could have contacted the realtor (someone suggested Chris might have done it from her Facebook). This might provide some insight:

I asked CASSIE if she knew anything of CHRIS and SHANANN considering selling their house. CASSIE told me that in Scottsdale, AZ SHANANN mentioned that CHRIS had oil field insight and knew wells were going to be drilled around the area of their housing area. This will cause their value to drop and SHANANN said CHRIS wanted to sell the house before the wells were drilled. SHANANN said that they themselves were not worried about living near oil wells. She said she loves her home and did not want to leave it. CASSIE told SHANANN to talk with CHRIS about it and she said she would and said again how she loves their home. There was no plan in place to sell the house. SHANANN said she planned to talk with the realtor ANN MEADOWS. ANN helped them get into the home they live in now. (Discovery Page 629)

and we know he allowed the kids to facetime with shananns parents..but what time?

the girls should have been visible to neighbour imo if they were alive while he was doing this.

He was done with Shan'ann. Quite literally. I think he was hoping NK would continue to stand by his side. He's probably still hoping she'll marry him in prison.

That's very interesting. @Trinket78 mentioned him doing housework in their posts. Sounds like he complained to anyone who would listen. As we've seen, CW is a pathological liar so his comments obviously would need to be taken with much more than a grain of salt

Where did that information come from originally?

I was under the impression from the autopsy report that there was a prolapse of the uterus, so that not only did she have a coffin birth, but additional tissue had come out through the vaginal cavity as well.

From autopsy: "The external genitalia are largely normal adult female, however the internal genitalia are protruding through the vaginal vault. This likely represents prolapse of the uterus due to pregnancy and postmortem artifact."

Unfortunately, I know from personal experience that when one experiences the pressure of such a thing, underwear is no barrier. A certain amount of gas is released, in addition to the pressure of the tissue, and "things" can move around the fabric. My uterus ruptured and prolapsed when I was 31. There was no containing it. It's as horrific as it sounds.

NK’s notes on page 942 of pdf. These are in line with her news interview but seem to be opposite of her internet searches, and text logs. Seems like she was definitely trying to make the relationship appear less serious than it was.

CASSIE told me that CHRIS refuses to drive the work truck onto the drive way because he was concerned with getting oil from the tires on the driveway. CASSIE and JOSH were in staying at the WATTS’ house at the end of May 2018. CASSIE offered to park on the street to allow CHRIS to park in the driveway, but he declined. He said that he never pulls into the driveway because he did not want any oil from the oil fields messing up the driveway. CASSIE said that when she was staying at their house, CHRIS never loaded or unloaded anything from his truck...... CASSIE knew that SHANANN would flip out if CHRIS opened the garage door in the morning because the girls were light sleepers and she did not want the door to wake them..... CASSIE told me that her gut tells her that SHANANN and the girls are not alive, because it is not possible given their pattern of life that she knows. (Discovery Page 630)

Shanann's friends knew her oh so well. She is lucky that so many people were adamant that this was out of character, and they were immediately suspicious Chris was involved. I am so grateful for all of them. MOO

she was a pretty open person I think if she was worried about the kids NUA would have come inside with her.
she left her friend in normal circumstances waving to her as she drove off that early morning.
think that says she wasn't feeling threatened at all.

Page 592 talking about her usual nightly routine says:
SHANANN had an Apple watch and would take it off and charge it each night.

I'm guessing she had already taken it off before he killed her. I think she had either gotten ready for bed or was sleeping when he killed her. I'm assuming if she had been wearing the watch, it would have captured her heart rate data and any steps or movement. I don't recall reading anything on that, but after having to skip through those terrifying fan mail letters, I did not read every single page.

Yeah. I just searched the document and it doesn’t appear that there were any findings in regards to the data from the watch.
