The pro-CW posts, demonizing SW, and the screenname were the giveaways for me. I knew who it was within a couple of posts.

The screen name was her biggest mistake. She was so concerned about her identity being leaked. In some respects, it was amazing she was here and could hace given so much insight, had she not been so blatantly trying to throw mud.

Reading through the discovery and Shananns texts, I just want to scream get away from that evil monster! Poor Shanann, all she ever wanted was to love and be loved. It really is absolutely gut wrenching to read!

Wow. I am going to have a hard explaining to people who read this thread that we don't bash victims. I'm not saying NK is a victim but the bashing here is relentless. You are not discussing the 2000 pages of case information that has all kinds of interesting tidbits. No, I am seeing posts about anal sex, group sex, how you want NK to have a terrible life, Oral things, threesomes, what an awful person NK really is and how she doesn't deserve to have a good life or good job. REALLY? Again, I am not saying NK is a victim. What I am saying NK did not kill Shanann and her children. I feel you are more angry with NK that with Chris. I'm not seeing the discussion about the awful things Cindy Watts said. What about his childhood? Can you make a connection to his mother's behavior, his obvious ignoring her but asking for dad, why wouldn't Cindy go to their wedding, what does that say about her and her relationship with Chris,

Remember we do not out Verified members. You may think you know who it is but you very well could be wrong. I could understand tearing apart her comments on the forum since they were so different than the reality we see but trying to out a verified member? It's not what we do.

There is no way we can remove all the post that contain name calling or wishing NK ill will. We can't. Why? There would be so little of the thread left not to mention the mod time something like this would take.

Recently I was talking with a well known true crime author and host of some true crime shows and he asked, "Websleuths is a cut above all the other crime forums. You have all the really smart members why do you think that is?

It might be a bad idea, but once you leave school the opportunities to meet other people becomes more difficult. For most people, work and work-related activities provide the biggest pool of people from whom to choose.

I've been pretty critical about of a lot of SW's behavior w/ CW and her girls. But the texts from NC to CW were just so painful. She was working hard and trying to bring in money. It's just Thrive is scam pyramid scheme. She was NEVER going to make any money for her hard efforts. 99% of MLM people do not make any money at all.

She had pregnancy nausea and was taking care of 2 very active children all the while fights were going on w/ her in-laws, and her husband wanted out.

Yes, I notice both Thrive and Anadarko, both companies who rely on good PR to make money by unethical means, washed their hands of everybody involved in this tragedy ASAP. I was surprised to hear even Kessinger got axed!

Nothing like that in the discovery documents that we are referencing (the evidence is listed). IIRC (will go back & check), there were 2 shovels in his truck, no other digging implements.

Someone had noticed it, and another poster posted a pic of the type of tool they thought was being described. It was weeks ago - I'll see if I can find it. It does sound like workers in those oilfields would have that sort of equipment given the hard soil they would routinely need to dig.

The doc dump is already too much. Not that I'm complaining...the info is great to have and I like to see how the process worked at each step. But, my slow internet connection tires out with the big doc. I should've started an index when I had the hunch it would be needed.

Where did we hear (prior to these documents being made public) that CW told NK he had been in NC to finalize his divorce? It's not supported by the discovery docs I've read so far.

It would have been impossible to get a divorce that quickly in NC. you must be legally seperated for a full year before you can finalize a divorce.
