I have only seen cheaters feel shame when they are caught. It is shame that people know, not shame for their behaviour.

RE : NK being shamed for dating a married man and she didn't ask to be involved in this situation.
It appears that CW did not twist her arm to date him. It takes two people to have an affair. Documents show she searched for information about him and SW months before the affair became intimate. She knew he was married. If he pursued her she could of said she wasn't interested and walked away. IMO, if she was married she would not be happy about her husband having an affair. And she sure would not be happy if her husband were to take his mistress into her house. All that aside, she tells LE she encouraged CW to work on his marriage when in NC with SW and yet NK continues to send CW nude selfies. She is being " shamed " because she didn't just blindly stumble into a relationship with CW, she entered into the relationship knowing he was married. IMO she knew SW was pregnant and she could of cared less.

The big issue for me is the lies told to LE and the attempt to hide things.

On top of being illegal, what's the point? What could she possibly have to hide that compared to two babies in oil tanks?

I personally would be more afraid of getting caught in a lie to an FBI agent than someone finding out I pursued a married man or wanted to try anal sex. No one cares about that stuff in the big picture which in this case is a murdered woman, a murdered 4 year old, a murdered 3 year old, and a murdered 15 week fetus that was very much loved and wanted.

I don't care at all about her moral compass. It's the deceitfulness that that casts a shadow over her entire version of events.

As to Bella waking up twice that night to ask if her mother was home. I have a feeling that that more relates to he tried to smother her twice?

The first time he Thought she was deceased, but then she came to and he had to do it again and therefore she had the injuries inside her mouth? I say this because another Annihilator smothered/ strangled but the person came to, and wasn't deceased so they had to smother / strangle them again.

I just found something interesting:

Page 2215: On August 12, at 0957, Shanann asked CW if he could get the girl’s backpacks ready for tomorrow, with blankets and spare clothes. He said he would.

Well did he?

If he didn’t, he could of course claim that he forgot.

Otherwise, he may not have done it because he knew they wouldn’t be needing them.

If those bags were packed however, it would be indicative that he perhaps wasn’t planning on killing that night.

Exactly! What a contradiction to tell LEyou're encouraging someone to.work.on his marriage ...but then the texts proved she was sending nudies. she totally lied to LE. LE even said " No other affairs are related to this case". that means they DO consider THIS affair related to the case .

Maybe, but robot chris might have gone through the motions anyway.

Plus I think there were too many other signs he had this planned - setting up days ahead of time to work at the site, I personally think he emailed the realtor from SW fb days ahead, distancing himself from his family, etc.

Exactly although Cindy did not kill anyone, but did she goad him into it? I wonder if she ever suggested if it would be better if they just disappeared or went away?
The dehumanizing, constant, drama and fighting is stressful, and he had to grow up in that environment which is not healthy.
If he is a sociopath and empathy is difficult for him he needed someone to help develop empathy not dehumanize others.
A perfect storm was created.

I'm not in any way making excuses for CW, but for any child to live in such a toxic environment growing up....the mind boggles! Cindy's not happy unless she's unhappy. Poor SW - no matter what she did, it would never be enough.

Has anyone come up with the reason why NK was searching SW on Google in September 2017? Is NK still classified here as a collateral victim of CW?

I think she was seeing him long before June. Maybe she was interested in hooking up with him long before that and is the one who came onto him. Maybe she had no concern for his marriage, his wife or his children. Maybe she even knows more about their deaths than LE knows. Maybe LE didn’t search her past enough. Maybe some of you believe this is all irrelevant now. I am very suspicious of her involvement now. Yes CW did the killing but what did she know and when did she really know it?

I do not see her as a victim anymore of anything.

ETA: The Denver Post quoted her as saying she and CW didn’t discuss a future but her google searches show she was searching wedding dresses, and he was searching jewelry and vacation spots. They were very much into the future.

That’s what I would like to know...wonder what the date of the 1st text message is between the two of them?? She obviously lied about how long they were seeing each other and how serious their relationship was...

She's a "typical" other woman imo. Doesn't make her responsible for what this monster did.

She doesn't deserve to be on the other end of the blame game imo. He did what he did and would have done it with or without her presence.

There is one person to blame for this horrific crime. Chris Watts. Makes me throw up in my mouth a little to type his name.

I think for some people it is the secretiveness about it which gives it more spice and for women, the fact that they are capable of taking another woman's man.
Women are not nice to each other on the whole.
