I read it as CW saying SW borrowed 10k out of his 401k to pay the 3 months they were previously behind on. I think they were current on their mortgage that was due in a couple days, but they didn’t have enough money in their accounts to pay the current mortgage payment that was due.

Why don't you go by the account of her own husband, recently relayed to interrogators. She made about as much as he did, not half....about as much. Why would it speak "volumes" to you, that she went "half way across the country", to where her parents live? Do you think he would have curtailed his adultery and stopped wasting the family money on some person at work if she had gone, for instance, only 1/4 way across the country?
Maybe you've never had 2 very small kids, a 15 week pregnancy, several illnesses, so you can't understand, maybe, how much being with parents (hers and his) for some summer weeks would make sense. Except for CW murdering the whole family, what signs of "chaos", what "toll" did she deal with, other than the husband brutally killing her and tiny kids and desecrating their bodies?

Actually, I did have two young ones while pregnant with another. My thought about her going to NC, was that she probably wanted to be in a supportive environment, and around people who loved and cared for her. She just knew things were not right in her marriage, since her husband was distancing himself from her. I can imagine she was very overwhelmed and frightened because she could not understand what was happening. We don't know for sure if the current mistress was the first. SW just knew that things were not what they should be.

They were three (3) months behind on their mortgage payments.
They had received a letter from Chase Bank pertaining to their delinquent home loan.
He and SHANANN were stressed out about their financial situation.
He currently owes his mortgage payment for August (2018), which is due tomorrow (August 16, 2018).
He currently has $2,000.00 in his Chase checking account and approximately $1,500.00 in their USAA checking account.
Almost all of their credit cards are maxed out.
SHANANN had only been paying the minimum payment on their credit cards.

I am pretty sure this, "SHANANN recently took out $10,000.00 from his 401k to catch up on their mortgage payments. CHRIS believed the loan against his 401k was taken out approximately five (5) months ago" is another Chris lie to try to blame all the financial woes on Shanann. Even if you are married, a spouse cannot initiate a withdrawal from the owner of the 401K. After my divorce, even with a legal document awarding him a part of my 401K, he could not take the money out of my 401K before I completed a bunch of paperwork and initiated it with my 401K administrator. So this would have had to have been done by Chris, not Shanann, unless states are different, but considering the tax laws and penalties, I would think this standard across the U.S. Most likely we have some people on here with tax expertise or legal expertise that could say for sure what the regulations are.

is a 7 page typed document by NK, given to Baumhover on Sep 4.

Found some lurid details about their sexual activity (to me, in different generation I guess). eg, "The sex from then on for the rest of the relationship was greatly reduced from 3-4 daily to 1 or maybe 2x and was not ? intimate when it occurred. Sex no longer happened every day we hung out, but was still very frequent."

This document also shows what NK said she and CW talked about on Aug 13.

Exactly. I cant even talk to anyone at the corporation about my husbands 401k or the amount etc. When we were doing our taxes he asked me to get them to send us a receipt/document with the total, and they wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. He had to call himself.

Has anyone made a list of all the Dates NK searched SW's name?
I think it would be interesting to match up the dates she searched and the videos/posts SW made. For example, NK searched Shanann's name sometime in January 2018.

Later on in the Discover Docs pg 2101, on Aug 4th NK searched for Wedding Dresses for hours and then on the same day she searched for Shanann Watt's again. This is in the middle of CW and SW arguing over CW's parent's actions (Nutgate). Was NK expecting SW to post something about the end of her marriage? What did SW post on Aug 4th? (or right before the 4th)

She told CBI on 8/16 that CW told her he wanted to try to work things out while he was in NC with his family. And that it was Shanann that didn't want to.
That is quite an inconsistency from him telling her the divorce was finalized during that same time frame.

Sending nude photos of herself, so CW could work things out.

PLEASE watch this video FROM APRIL where Shanann lays out the family's plan for the summer, including the trip to San Diego (her and Chris) and the North Carolina vacation. Both were planned well before the marital problems (ie: Chris cheating on her) began. As the discovery documents indicate, that came out of left field and began DURING her stay in North Carolina and they had NEVER had issues like that before.

It came out of nowhere right about before CW had his sentencing hearing and Mama Watts called all of the news channels to defend her son, blame Shanann, and tell lies. Pretty sure it was something concocted or if CW had written it, it points to premeditation. IMO

Is the alleged text of this letter available online anywhere? Or is all we know second-hand info from Mother Watts and the Pod People etc.? I'm very curious to see what this supposed letter actually says.

By questioning SW's choice of job, the amount of money she made, the amount of money she spent and then a few comments here and there about CW being under a lot of stress, it seems people are looking for a "reason" he hated her or a reason he went into a rage or a reason he killed her. I'm sorry but it comes across that way. There is no reason. No matter what she did (and she did NOTHING wrong) there's no reason for him murdering her and those precious children and shoving them into holes. People say they want to understand him but I don't think anyone can ever fully understand why a man would do this and even if he told us the exact reason and passed a polygraph to prove his "reason" was true, does it matter? There's nothing he could say or we could find out that would justify any of this.
An innocent woman was murdered by the man she loved and yet people are still investigating her. I don't get it.

In no way would I bash Shanann. She was being lied to and cheated on by someone she loved, who ended up killing her. I can't imagine what she must have been experiencing. She was pregnant with a child she thought her husband wanted. While he's skinking around with other women. Yuk. Again, I think he was already out of that relationship in his head, just going through the motions, and faking it with her. Being a woman, she knew intuitively something was wrong. I just can't imagine her angst.
