It was wrong, it was stupid, but it wasn’t an effort to protect CW. It was all about sex, very embarrassing sex, but it wasn’t an effort to protect CW. I’m still not sure how all that sex discovery furthered the murder investigation, either.

I do not believe we know the reasons why she deleted what she knew LE would find to be evidence on her phone. She could have done it to protect herself legally or in the public eye and not just due to embarrassment over sex. We just do not know at this time and may never know. MOO

She stated that Christopher is acting, "Weird," and out of the ordinary. She said that Christopher is telling people, "He has to go to work," and that just doesn't seem right. She felt that he is going out to pour oil on the bodies to dispose of them somewhere.

Maybe it was mother’s instinct, I’ve heard of Mother’s who have lost children to accidents ect and they “just knew” before they were told about it by anyone.

The videos in the dark he is in his stocking feet which it looked like to me at first he had sneakers on, when he leaves for good he then has his work boots on.
I only see him make one trip to the drivers side and the video poster did say he only put portions.

I thought he was barefoot or in socks too. I immediately thought of the bare foot impression... MOO

The Greeley jail was just a holding jail until they are sentenced or go to court or released. I think his new permanent home will be a different story. Child killers and family killers are not all that well liked. Time will tell, but I am thinking he is not going to be a favorite inmate. When you see the pictures of those two little girls and a pregnant wife it does things to people.

The DA said Frank Rzucek watched him load the bodies, and I've just been reminded that FR said that he watched him go back three times to the truck with their bodies like trash, in his victim impact statement.

I'm looking for another video from a different vantage point. Maybe the neighbor directly across the street also has a security camera. This video looks like its from the adjacent neighbor's video cam (the one with the 3rd garage perpendicular to CW's driveway) with a limited view, especially with that tree in the way.

I can't find it yet to cite it from the Discovery, but I have a strong recollection of Shan'ann asking via text for CW to join her at the morning drop-off for the first day of kindergarten, and that he agreed. Maybe someone else remembers reading that.

Right, I don't think anyone would dispute that her actions were immoral, or wrong, or whatever you want to call it. None of it proved she knew what he was planning, or tried to cover for him or had any inclination that he would end up killing his family. If she encouraged him to get rid of them then that's a different story. Her deleting her phone definitely slowed things down, but in the end the information she provided was a huge help to the investigation. She seemed pretty cooperative from the start, and she came to them. Imo

Conversation Saturday at dinner:

CW lost 13 lbs in the town they were "hanging out". She looked at his "micronutrients" and "ratios" on MyFitnessPal app. "His macros were pretty dialed in" That's pretty much all they talked about at dinner

He told her SW was coming home really late on Sunday night.

He told her all about nut-gate. His entire family ignored him while in NC. She wanted him to see "his people" because "family is so important" so she kept asking about it.

Don’t know if it had better resolution, it was just a different time period than backing into garage and I was told showed him going in and out 3 times carrying what was assumed to be the bodies. If the video that was tweeted is “it” then I’m surprised/ disappointed too.

Does anyone remember if the DA spoke about the video in the sentencing hearing? Could the clip Frank was talking about be included in the “sentencing discovery documents”? It’s a separate zip file — IIRC the DA told the judge he was submitting 17 evidemce items at sentencing so the judge could fully understand the horrific-ness of the crime. Maybe I’m grasping at straws, but this video isn’t what was described to me.

I remember reading it and just skimmed through some pages but I think it’s back in the screenshots. If I find it, I’ll let you know

I seem to remember them saying that the video they first watched seemed to jump time and they had to send it off to the company to get the bits that were skipped. Shame CW didn't have to view the most damning piece of evidence of him loading their bodies into the truck on that first afternoon when NUA called LE and they went next door to watch it. NUA's son said he seemed to be trying to block their view of the TV screen also.

To prove they weren't just platonic friends, the sex disclosures from the horses mouth are proof only surpassed by photos or video if they exist.
