I don’t recall where I read this but I thought SW said they were as of June having s.e.x sometimes 3 x a day. And IIRC CW said 2x a week. So ... they were clearly uhm, still TMI doin it .. which would mean they were still close until she left. Agree the entire killing her is bizarre.

I don’t know. I have never had such a huge shock as this but when I have been notified of shocking (to me) news, I tend not to cry. It’s more like I feel so stunned that I kind of shut down. I have no doubt I look emotionless but actually I am just not absorbing or processing, I guess. I react similarly when I’ve directly experienced something shocking or awful. I was present with my mom for several weeks as she slowly died of cancer. It was horrifying and terrible and to this day, years later, I have still barely cried although I loved my mom dearly and miss her very much. It’s almost like if I can control the emotions, the event won’t be so real or awful. It’s hard to explain. I do cry over sad movies or things not AS hideous in my own life. But big things kind of paralyze me.

Tl;dr: I’m reluctant to judge RW because I act weird sometimes myself.

Ordinarily, I would agree. I do know everyone deals with grief differently. I watched my dad slowly die from Colon cancer. I cried but not in front of anyone. The day someone called me to tell me my mother had found my brother dead, I cried immediately although I was in shock. The thing that makes me wonder is, we saw how Chris was unemotional and in all their interviews, the parents didn't even pretend to care that their grandchildren were dead. I somehow thought they may have, cried but just wasn't showing that part in interviews. Now that I have watched the confession, his Dad just seems so unemotional upon hearing, supposedly for the first time, that his grand children are dead. It's beginning to look like a pattern to me. JMO

Even without knowing anything about vocal fry, I found NK's voice to be so irritating...especially when compared to Shannan's voice! CW is an idiot!

I am a little behind - so i am catching up now- about 10 or so pages to go.

I keep hearing people say that the 1.5 feet of oil he heard the splash etc. if poor bella was dropped from 20 feet into the 1.5 feet of oil wouldn’t she have had broken bones in the autopsy? I think he just didn’t want them all together. I do believe he is just that sinister

Edited to add: would there be enough coushin so to speak in 1.5 feet of oil to keep her from having injuries that would be from a fall that high?

First time talking about this case but have been reading for months.
Sadly, if it weren’t for NK Sw and her three children would still be alive. NK was consumed with Jealousy .... Shan’ann was beautiful, she was popular , had a beautiful house and car and a family who adored her. Shan’ann also had a past history with her lover that was happy and fulfilling UNTIL her involvement.
Shan’ann had everything NK wanted and she wanted to be her. Whilst I don’t think she murderedthe family she was an active participant in convincing a weak and spineless CW he needed to kill his family. She wanted to win at all costs.

And why would Bella and Celeste want to plant plants and watch them grow with her wtf???? They had their own loving mother and didn’t even know NK apparently ( I know that is a lie as she has tripped herself up about this) and why is she planning on being the step mum and having bunk beds if she hardly knows this guy? She wanted Shan’ann gone so that she could be their mum ... her arrogance and power she thinks she has is mind boggling. Even in death , Bella and Celeste were and are Shannan beautiful children and nothing can change that. She would have likely to have been the wicked step mother in the story and those beautiful children have at least been spared that future.

She spoke with venom about how the house was huge and beautiful and how everything was so expensive . She spoke about Shan’ann’s Lexus and the jealously was palpable. How the hell did she become an expert on their finances and what went on? She was just a floosy who inserted herself into the midst of this lovely family.

I did sense some jealousy but also some feeling that she was going to do it better, that she unlike CW's wife was not a spendthrift (though in reality I think CW was the spendthrift! If NK was worried for his finances, why did she let him pay for EVERYTHING?). I think she believed she was better for CW, that she would be a cool stepmom and get the kids more into nature and less into the superficial lifestyle she sounded judgie about. So I think we are all projecting what we see based on our own world-views, and IMO she was not as jealous or desirous of the actual lifestyle she saw in that big house. She was intimidated IMO, and did see a beautiful family, but she believed CW and saw them as better matched. MOO.

I would say it's very common. Not speaking from experience.
I think CW will get harassed on a regular basis, but likely won't start trouble himself, since he has always avoided confrontation. In one of the logs from the guards it said that when he was walked down the hall the inmates were booing him and it was really loud and he just ignored them. He had better keep up his pushups!

#Allergyawareness I have been on such HIGH alert this summer since we are traveling. Everything in our home is completely safe for Celeste so I don’t worry as much unless we go out to eat, which isn’t often anyway.

Some understand and some think I’m being paranoid! I have to hear my kid cry after taking a treat out of her hand because someone gave it to her and I cant read the ingredients! She’s just turning 3 and don’t understand exactly why she can’t have what others are having. (She is never around ppl in Colorado that are eating something she can’t. So she doesn’t feel left out) she thinks she is in trouble when I say no to something she can’t have on this trip and I feel terrible for it!

I’m so grateful for all our friends, especially in Colorado who consider my daughters safety when we are around or they come over for play date! I’m grateful for everyone who thinks and respects my daughters safety while we visit in NC.

Trust me...it’s hard enough to have to read and re-read everything.

Whew, well that took me a lot longer than I thought it would! I went back to June since NK says she started seeing CW in June and that she thought they were separated when she was seeing him. She could have easily seen this was a lie when she googled SW twice in Aug before the murders ever occurred. And NK could have easily found out that SW was pregnant and the baby is Chris' baby by SW's public social media. All of the above is visible without Social Media accounts. SW posted constantly and daily about her pregnancy and her relationship with CW never looks like it is trouble. Who posts hot pic of their husband mowing the lawn if you are fighting and separated from him? They went on vacations together and in screenshots of their private texts which SW posted CW calls SW "Baby" and says he loves the baby on the way already. After going through all these posts and videos I'm even more angry and disgusted at CW for his cold, calculating, vicious murder of his beautiful wife and beautiful children. I'm going to take a break from posting now and go hug my family.

I seem to remember in the written confession interview that before RW came in, CW pointed to the recorder/microphone or something and asked if that would be on. He was told yes... maybe that’s why he’s talking so low and turning his head really far towards the left... makes me think the microphone/recorder was on the right side of the room or table...
