I’m slowly listening to the NK interview. The part where she cries about the girls, it’s so very odd. Her tone of voice goes suuuper high when she talks about how little they were, it’s exactly the same tone she used in the beginning about CW being sooo cute by being a dad. It set off all kinds of red flags. The crying was mostly high pitched fake moans, to which the DA was unmoved and asked her if she wanted to step out. And she says no and pretty much continues going on about herself - this is so hard on me what’s going to happen to me I won't be able to go into public the public won’t understand that this happened to me oh woe is me what will happen to me. Vomit.

And then she “can’t remember “ the day of the murders which was only couple of days before. Uh huh. Sure, Jan.

It is so contrived. She is so cold about Shannan. She is literally forced by the DA to say her name, and does so with so much distaste. The rest of the time she says “his wife”. She blames everything on Shannan - she took all of CWs money, ignored him, only cared about her phone, kept him from his parents, didn’t tell him about Nutgate. For Shannans job NK says something like “I don’t even know what you’d call that.” And that her house was too nice and had too many nice things in it and she couldn’t have afforded that how, she was obviously living abover her means. NK hated Shannan, even as she was dead in a morgue somewhere. No concern for her, just cold dislike. It’s horrible.

The whole thing is so off, it really seems like NK may have sociopathic tendencies herself.

It's hard to listen to her drone on lying. Self serving me,me,me. That's all she cares about.

Wow! That neighbor picked up on him immediately. CW didn't even give it the old college try to look at the videos and try to see if any cars had driven by or footage of SW "leaving." All he did was ramble multiple times why he was loading up his truck. And look so, so guilty.

Wow. That is very damning.
The neighbor saying "he's not acting right" and he mimics the nervous swaying. Then he says he overheard them fighting and that CW "gets crazy" and yells "at the top of his lungs". He says he thought SW went on vacation with the kids because of the fighting.

Poor Shanann. She didn't deserve all this, especially while pregnant. And no wonder the girls were distant with him in NC. The last time they saw him, he was probably screaming at SW. Of course they would be afraid of him. Definitely shows how things built up to him doing this, in addition to his affair with NK.

Honestly, this is so sad to say, but the baby is surely part of the motive. From the moment he found out about it, he had contempt for it. The baby was the main obstacle to being with NK. Didn't SW say in her texts that he hinted at abortion? He said he was "happy with just the girls"? SW wanted that baby and so CW killed her since she was continuing with the pregnancy. And he figured he would kill the girls too just to be totally free. And the baby was his idea to begin with. He's scum.

Biting his lip and not able to stand still once he puts his hands on his head and watches the video. If you turn the sound down/off all you see is guilty, guilty, guilty written all over his face and body language. He disgusts me.

I think so too. Suddenly agreeing to "counseling" and that he "agreed to read the book" and write a letter back to her. Suuuurrrre..... the book he promptly threw in the trash. He had NO intention of doing any of these things IMO. (And two seconds later is saving more nude pics of NK into this secret calculator. And searching for prices for an Audi Q7. (But has a court date coming up for minimal unpaid HOA assessment fees.) And not making arrangements to go to Bella's first day of kindergarten.....and never once mentioning that it was the first day of the school is one of the biggest red flags of all. I am leaning toward thinking this "plan" was set in motion by Friday, if not before.

The August 9th interactions are pretty telling. (Also is the same day that CW sent SW the creepy doll picture.)

2227 hours: Sara Nudd asked how the conversation with watts went. Shanann replied, "omg much better. We talked. He told me he loved me back. Still cold, but not as cold. He even kissed me before going to sleep in basement, which is second kiss since picking him up from airport."

Shanann added, "I want to tell you gender, but you have to keep secret. He wants to wait till l'm back to tell everyone. So Monday." Shanann said, "He agreed to counseling." Shanann said Watts "agreed to read the book I ordered coming tomorrow and write me a letter expressing." Shanann said, "We are going away next weekend. Just us."

There is NO WAY that CW ever planned on going to counseling or reading that book. And intended to write a letter expressing his emotions? It's laughable if the situation wasn't so awful.

I agree with you that he had no intention of following through on any of those empty promises. And that makes me think he was planning the murder,of at least his wife, as early as Aug 9th.

I forget who posted here about this, but now that we know she used fertility drugs for the first two pregnancies and they weren't using anything this time, I don't think CW thought she would actually get pregnant.

I have my location turned on, as does my husband, but neither of us show a location when we text? Both on Android but this has been using Apple as well. Is this maybe a provider-based 'thing'? Or maybe it's a feature I'm unaware of? Curious what others weigh in with.

My husband and I have i-phones and text throughout the day. We cant see each others locations from a simple text, at least not with our Sprint service set up.

But if I send a picture by text, it will sometimes say the location if you click on the pic.
