BBM, RSBM for focus

A few threads back when the discovery docs came out, I made a comment how shocked I was at how she talked to her friend about the sex act CW performed on her. This description totally fits that bill.
It occurred to me that her workplace is mostly men? Still... :/

Mysterious that LE released her interview only thru Monday night.

Is this the interview where she shrieks, "But she was preeeeegnant." Sent chills up my spine.

Because the father usually pays the support, for one, and the theory behind child support is that the children should enjoy a similar lifestyle to the one they enjoyed when the parents were married. There is a loss of household income for both parents, of course, but that lifestyle element is how it was explained to me when I started paying support for my two children from my first marriage years ago.
In 50/50 divorces, when they are both making the same $$, neither would have to pay support to the other.

A little different insight to the Watts family and the grandkids: My parents admitted to me that they were closer with my children than the rest of the grandkids. I lived the closest to my parents, and involved them in my kids lives, and my kids in my parent's lives. Two of my siblings lived out of state. My parents saw those grandkids typically 2 times a year. They didn't 'know' those grandkids. They cared about them, didn't want harm to come to them but it wasn't the same relationship as with my kids. Before my parents died, there was an argument with my sister in law and brother. They were living at my parents at the time and my sis in law is what I would imagine like Shannann. From the FB posts, to micromanaging, controlling, etc. I don't think that gives anyone a reason to murder someone! It isn't a personality that I would form a friendship with. I don't like people that manipulate. At any rate, my sis in law thought she was going to use the kids as leverage in getting my parents to do what she wanted. It didn't work. My parents refused to be treated like crap in their own home, and bend over backwards to appease others. My parents said kids were NOT to be used as if chess pieces in a game. They refused to be manipulated. They even stated if that meant the kids would not be a part of their lives, they were OK with that. So coming from that experience, I understand the Watts family.

It didn't give Chris the right to murder anyone! NO! It doesn't mean I hate Shannann, how silly, I didn't know her! Just a different perspective on the situation. Throughout the interviews, I could imagine my Mom sayign some of the same things about my sis in law. She was deeply hurt by how she and my Dad were treated.

I don't get why they didn't just get rid of the house and buy something half the size and cost. They get out of one bankruptcy and then incur another huge debt. The rooms are sparsely furnished, it's not like they use all the space...

Although pretty, so much of that house is empty space which really adds to the cost.

I agree. Beautiful house, but I cannot believe they bought it as their first home together, and before the kids were even born. If they had the income to afford it, I would get it, but they did not at any point from the info we have. They clearly had expensive taste in everything, and I think it was both of them, honestly.

im behind!
just wanna say omg blown away at the neighbours reaction to chris.
he is eyeballing him exactly the same way NUA was.
exactly!
they all knew
must have been very painful for everyone involved .
the contempt seen toward him it surprises me nobody decked him.
good folk in Colorado me thinks!o_O

I agree! That neighbor was mostly watching CW.... with a WTF look on his face, IMO. Also, besides the crazily-guilty-looking, hands-on-his-head pose, I also noticed that several times CW turned away from the neighbor, back towards the front door, and made a WTF kind of face to himself. Eyes super big..... so, so, so guilty looking throughout all of this...

I think this "area just below the stairs" was referring to below the basement stairs... (?) (The next sentence is "We exited the basement...") Could be wrong... it's confusing...
This is why group sleuthing is so much better...
Wow, thanks for pointing that out. Yup it could have been the basement stairs.

Ya that’s a huge house. 5 br, loft, and basement! Definitely could have downsized you’d think.

Sorry if this has been answered/discussed.....I'm listening to RW interview and having a hard time understanding him. I've tried listening to this part twice but what is this story he's telling about Power Ranger masks??

Okay. Is that CO law? It sure wasn’t the case in my state when I started paying, because my ex’s income was not considered in the support calculation. It was just a percentage of my income.

I have wondered the same. My feeling is she had already taken her Apple Watch off and was getting ready for bed. I'm not sure CW would have the foresight to remove her watch before he killed her. It's possible, but he has not shown evidence that he plans things real well. I feel like if he ambushed her, he would have forgotten all about her watch.

I think she had taken it off herself and was in bed or getting ready for bed. Just IMO, etc etc. Not sure the last time he had worn his.
I don't have an AppleWatch, but I have a FitBit I wear to bed most nights (tracks sleep, etc...) I wonder if AppleWatches do that, because if so, maybe she would have been wearing it.

It was uncomfortable to watch. Especially with the neighbor standing so still. Made Chris look super sketchy.

He looked to me like a man possessed. Really wild look on his face.

I ciukdnt hear that either. It was while complaining about Shanann so I figured it had to do with all the grandkids.

Maybe it's my hearing going but these videos have really poor sound quality. I can't make out half they're saying and Mr Watts' video is unintelligible.

Hi everyone! I've been reading, but haven't posted until now. First of all, like all of you, I'm horrified at what that monster did to his family. I get that spouses murder spouses which is bad enough, but to kill your babies with your bare hands and dump their little bodies into dirty, stinky, nasty, toxic crude oil tanks? We treat our household trash with more respect. I don't have the words.

But you people do. I admire your collective intelligence and analytical skills in examining the evil acts that man performed.

I have a tiny tidbit to contribute although at this point it's meaningless.

Remember a while back the discussion over the 401k loan? Some said SW obtained the loan, while others maintained only CW could obtain it, as the account was in his name through his employer.

Well. Turns out I actually have an Anadarko 401k, so today I called and asked about the process of getting a loan against an Anadarko 401k account. Obviously it must be initiated by the employee, but it can all be done online. No actual papers to sign, no involvement with Human Resources. Just get on your computer and access the account online, tap some keys, and you're done.

It seems logical to me that Shanann, who to my understanding handled the family finances, would have his login info and could have easily accessed his account and set up the loan.

That's all I have.

I'm retired after a 30+ year career in the oil and gas industry in Denver. I was an office worker but training over the years included rides in crude oil trucks to see how crude oil was gathered from wells and transported to refineries, and refinery tours. Well sites and tank batteries are dirty and noisy and they stink. To dump bodies into that environment is, to me, an act of disrespect or hatred or indifference or a combination somehow. I just can't imagine.

A former employer of mine was bought out by Anadarko who acquired their retirement accounts. That's how I ended up with an Anadarko 401k. I still know a couple former coworkers who are still with the company, but not well enough to get any insider info. I will say, though, that NK's claim (or wishful thinking) that no one in the office knew of her adulterous affair, is bull****. If only one person saw them talking together more physically close than is normal for coworkers, well, that is juicy gossip and in every oil company I ever worked for, it would have spread faster than the speed of light.

Welcome ShellCO. :):):)
Thanks for info about the 401k and how it could be accessed, as had us wondering.

I agree with you, gossip in a work place spreads rapidly, and certainly NK knew about CW's family and wife's pregnancy.
Similarly the workers were well aware of their affair.
I know from working at different work environments, affairs are well known, while those in the affair think it is their secret.
MOO.
