Especially with the Colorado disclosures

I feel like it creates a big disincentive even if you are innocent.

Maybe better just to do a written affidavit via your lawyer and then do a controlled PR splash

Exactly @PommyMommy. In her media interview NK portrayed herself as an unknowing victim of CW’s lies and we sympathized
with her, we took her for at her word.

Then the documents were released and her many lies were revealed. She is possibly ground zero for Chris’s motive to kill his pregnant wife and children and she is destroying evidence and lying to LE. I think that is worthy of scrunity and discussion.

I think the text messages between her and Charlotte and also Charlottes interview indicate that she wasn't sure he was the right guy for her. She seemed pretty sure she liked the sex, as apparently he was quite a "giver," but maybe not so sure he was marriage material. Imo

I have to say I don’t care for NK’s demeanor and she’s probably not someone I would enjoying hanging out with or connect with. However, I don’t think she knew what CW was capable of and I don’t think was involved in the capacity some are suggesting.

I agree! The scenario where NK was involved in plans or actual execution of plans to kill and then successfully covered it up to where the LE and DA don’t suspect any involvement on her part is giving CW and NK more credit than deserved. CW just isn’t that smart.

It's just analyzing the evidence and examining motives. Obviously opinions are going to come into play, it is not possible to have a thought about what happened here without judgments on the characters and looking deeply at what influences x had on y.

I get a bit peeved by folk who don't agree with a view and try to block discussion by being more 'moral'. It's not the same thing at all as blaming the victim for her own murder or making unfounded accusations against the victim.

We all judge and we all have opinions. One can look at the evidence and examine motive and form an opinion/judgement. Or one can cherry pick evidence that fits the narrative.

I just pointed out she might have sent nude pics after CW told her SW is done with him and had already called a realtor (which was supposedly the day after he arrived in NC). Some think she was playing games with his mind and it was part of her agenda. Possibly. But I just don’t see her as the typical maneater. Actually, I read somewhere in the discovery docs that she made some poor choices with men in the past. And to me she comes across as the buddy type and not the femme fatale.

Am I being more moral or trying to block a discussion? No. Did I say NK is a hero or that she was truthful all the way? No. I was giving my opinion just like everyone else does.

Wow, just wow. I've been following this since the beginning and am just catching up now here on WS for the past few weeks' of posts.

First question - how on earth were all of these interviews and videos released and made public? I can't say I've ever seen so many from other cases. Something new, or were they all leaked? I'm blown away and thought we'd never get another peep of information after CWs "confession" and here we are inundated with material.

Second question - saw a pic on the Daily Mail link that showed NK (I think?) in underwear taking a selfie in a bathroom. Isn't that the same bathroom that we saw CeCe in a video, climbing onto the sink, while SW filmed her and folks thought she should have been rescuing her instead of watching her get into a predicament?

Those are two very different jurisdictions. I can't imagine someone convicted of a state crime could be placed in federal prison?

I completely agree with that thinking; however, it was reported that he was moved to the federal system. Why? Is he that dangerous? If it was to protect him, why is this not being done for every prisoner? It does not seem right.

Now for you chuckle. I actually read on social media that his mother was demanding that he be sent to North Carolina so she can be closer to him. OMG. I doubt that it is true. But then again . . .

The video of CK watching the neighbors cam at his house is unreal. His hands up on his head like that, talk about a nervous tic. It seemed like CW was on his phone presumably to look up events on his own security system, so he could toss out “evidence” that supported his own story. Whether he was really doing that who knows - my guess is he was primarily trying to distract himself from the situation as the neighbor and cop closed in on his lies.

I think it's in her apartment. I thought the one Cece was in was smaller.
