Anyone else notice the shirt that Watts was wearing in his first media interview on the porch/driveway? That is what initially caught my attention. The fact that this guy's wife and kids were missing, yet he'd somehow put on what looked to be a favorite shirt for TV. I realized it was reaching, but that shirt had a unique texture, was a (favorite perhaps?) sports-team theme, and I felt that it was obviously a special shirt to him, and how could he be to be concerned with that when his family is missing?

It was really minor, but it seemed odd at the time.

It crossed my mind that it was from a special someone and he wanted that person to see him wearing it. Also, with all that laundry he was doing on 8/13 into 8/14, he didn't seem to end up with any clean shirts except the "porch interview-panthers" one...

I don’t get it! I try, and I try, and I try. That’s why I’m still here at WS. Somebody, please tell me WHY CW did this in a way that makes sense! Help me understand! Those precious, adorable, innocent little girls. How could he? CW has to have some kind of psychological make up like none of us has ever seen, so we have no frame of reference for understanding. I imagine if they took one of those Dr. Phil type brain scans of CW’s brain, he would have black spots all over it.

You'd have to ask Chris and even he probably doesn't know why. He needs a brain scan and be interviewed by specialists. Maybe then we'd know why?
Besides just wanting a fresh clean slate and new life to find dates on Tinder/Grinder.

Yep. You aren’t allowed to use it as a source in college level papers so I’d take everything I read there with a grain of salt, absolutely.

You should watch the shortened slow-mo video that someone linked to earlier today. I felt the same, all I could see was a gas can, till I saw that video. (It's on FB, State of Colorado vs Chris Watts page.) In that one you can see him walking backward down the driveway with his face toward the garage. It's brief, but he does appear to be dragging something.

I saw that and agree. Helps to watch in a big screen.

I think Dodge is the welcoming center (reception) for WI, wonder if he had to make a layover in Dodge? It would be unusual to skip the “orientation” process. However, he’s had his de-lice shower & shave, TB test, shots, so possibly they could omit this vital step. I mean, he has the rest of his miserable life to figure things out. Ain’t no hurry.
