On here we've seen theories that NK is guilty of crimes that she didn't get charged for. And we've seen that CW did kill SW, but only because she killed the kids first and that he was in a rage (basically the first excuse he put forth).

They think his lover killed or helped kill SW's? and children! Is there any evidence or reason to believe she did it? or was there? I have to admit it crossed my mind because her LE interviews were cold as ice. No heart. However, CW's is where he belongs.

I'm sorry that, as SW's friend, you have to see and hear some of the things that are said.
It absolutely sucks. And as time goes on and the bashing continies, it sucks even more. It’s dismaying in the macro sense too — for more reasons and in more ways than I care to count.

What doesn’t suck is knowing there are far more SW supporters than bashers. And heartwarming to see people who didn’t have the chance to personally know Shanann care enough to defend her. To each and every one of you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Really. Please know you are a comfort to those of us who were lucky enough to have Shanann in our lives, no matter how briefly.

IIRC she has an alibi: An out of town friend who spent Sunday night with her at her house.

It’s truly unthinkable that people can even be so cruel as to insinuate such things, but unfortunately there are some pretty cruel people in this world. And many of them are unaware of the hurt their actions cause, if they even care at all.

More than we once thought. They say there are only 1% psychopaths, but I disagree I think the number is much higher.

Those that think CW is innocent then who strangled SW's? a stranger?
She killed them, then herself? or? I'm really curious.

No these people think mean ole' SW killed her girls and then CW killed her because he was so overtaken with heartbreak and anger when she killed his precious children that he couldn't take it so killed her in response. Mean ole' SW made him do it. Mean ole' SW made him do everything. I guess mean ole' SW made him throw them in tanks too as well as to finally confessing to killing all 3 of them. Didn't you know Christopher is an innocent man who was ruined because he dared marry a wonderful woman like SW? Don't try to understand it. Murderers will always have fans and followers. Women will always put down other women. The world has gone mad.

He is full of poop. If he did witness this, then why didn't he stop her? You don't watch someone stranged two children then jump up and kill out of anger/rage. Not buying it.
You subdue them and call the police. You don't dump your beloved family. I cannot even type what he did to them. He is so full of poop. Narcissistic, whiny little brat.

There is no appeal and LE isn't going to allow the Watts parents to drive any moves they make.

When I suggested LE may be there to investigate whether his plea was coerced it would have to be initiated by someone who has a solid basis for their suspicion other than just emotional outbursts from an inmate's parents.

JMO
Regardless of who initiated a coersion accusation, do you really think the people involved in getting his confession/guilty plea would be the ones investigating. That makes zero sense except maybe to a shepherd who thinks it’s a good idea to replace their border collie with a pack of wolves.

Is somebody cutting onions in here? God bless and peace be with all shanann’s family and friends!

There is a youtube set of rules covering those who have posting channels. Within those rules is one heading of "Safety and Abuse Reporting", which contains "harassment and cyberbullying". Report SW bashing channels to youtube on these specific grounds, making the case as to what they are purposely doing to the families of victims. The REPORT icon is right there next to "subscribe" More effective yet if you have the time stamp. YouTube Secondly, report the specific channel for allowing abusive comments against victims in their own comment section. Thirdly, if they have already earned enough subscribers to get income from ads, report them to the company advertizing there.

CW could have entered an Alford plea if he wanted to take up the “I didn’t really do it all” mantle/ if he felt coerced. (Alford plea maintains innocence in spite of evidence)

But he didn’t. He plead guilty on all counts. I don’t see how he could possibly defend having plead guilty under coercion when there was another option available to him that maintained his innocence.
JMO
The DA decided the terms of CW's plea deal and he had already admitted he killed SW and disposed of all three bodies. That was on the arrest affidavit.

It's difficult to understand how someone who is innocent would enter a guilty plea but it does happen. It happened in the Ryan Ferguson case and he had multiple appeals denied and spent a decade in prison. It was a witness who was coerced in Ryan's case but his appeal was granted because the Prosecution also withheld evidence from the defense.

If CW wants to get the truth off his chest as an answer to their parents' questions of "why?" he could have written them letters and saved taxpayers the cost of dispatching three agencies.

SBM

He could have also just admitted to killing SW and hiding the 3 bodies in the very beginning, too, and saved LE and the taxpayers the cost of a search. But he didn't.

No, the defense approached the state with the plea proposal. The DA did not make CW accept any particular plea deal, nor a plea deal period. Why present CW as some empty shell without free will? He's mid thirties.

IF, big if, they were investigating NK’s potential involvement and considering prosecuting her it makes sense to me that all 3 agencies might go to talk to him. Purpose being to question him about her, and wind up walking out w/a full confession instead.
That would be a reason for all three agencies to go talk to him. If there is new evidence that somehow implicates NK, I doubt they would accept a confession from him that doesn't implicate her. I still hold the opinion she played a role. She's as unlikable as the "other woman" in the Berreth case.

If NK was involved and CW testifies against her, it could improve his prison conditions. He could end up in a prison much closer to his parents.

The world HAS gone mad. CW is guilty. He was convicted. He killed three people. If people want to twist themselves up into knots to try to find away out of believing that, more power to them. It takes a whole lot of twisting and turning to ignore evidence, to disrespect LE and prosecution by insinuating that they did something both illegal and unethical, to disrespect SW's family and friends, and to paraphrase words and documents until they've lost their original meaning to get into that position. I don't have the time.

I think we'll all see that he himself chose these 3 specific individuals within FBI, CBI, and Frederick PD. It may even have been a prerequisite to his releasing of further details of how he murdered them all, based on the decency they showed him earlier. Although he is a 🤬🤬🤬. But I digress.

I think you are making a mountain out of a molehill. I don't see any particular red flag that the same 3 agencies, indeed the same 3 individuals he had extensive contact with, were sent.

I'd appreciate not being compared to a shepherd who replaces my pet with a pack of wolves. Thanks.

From the video I saw, CW trusted his interrogators. They had absolutely nothing to do with negotiating his plea. That was the DA's job.

JMO
That isn't what was reported, although I no longer have the link, so I will say IIRC. The defense initiated the plea deal shortly after they received access to the autopsy reports, the DA accepts or does not accept plea deals. You make it sound like the DA shoved a plea deal down poor CW's throat. Practically everyone in the world was surprised when he decided to come clean and confess to all the murders. Not because they thought he was innocent, rather that it was so soon. That was his prerogative, don't blame the DA.

Thank you for joining the whack-a-mole team. If there are enough of us maybe the moles will just stay underground. They should be happier there where they never have to risk seeing that pesky light...

It is the very least I can do as just a fellow human being. Hugs to you.
