I'm prejudiced by my intense dislike of MLM, but I'm not at all confident that she was having successes in the business world.

On the other hand, maybe she focused so hard on projecting the image that his reaction was as you described above, anyway.

I agree, and I will also admit to being prejudiced by my dislike of MLM. The people I've known who have worked in MLM and who have relied on it as an important income stream have lived hand-to-mouth. I've personally not known of any exceptions to this.

Some of these MLM companies appear to encourage their people to engage in magical thinking and they give them a steady diet of it with frequent meetings and trips. Some even sell their people on the idea the company's products can successfully treat or even cure incurable diseases. I ran into one of those not too long ago.

No one knows exactly what happened in this horrific case, but I think the MLM may prove to be a talking point.

Why? Then, in court, his attorney wants a two day notification before autopsies are performed? I must have my hearing/sanity checked. If he hadn't been in such a hurry Monday (early a.m), I suppose he might have put his wife in one of those oil tanks? They also stated in the article that the tanks were full of oil. WOW, this case just absolute takes the wind out of my sails! How low can this creep go?

I don't know if I'm in the minority here, but I don't feel like he ever hurt those girls. I have the hardest time (still- I posted about this last night too) figuring out what made him "snap" enough to kill his kids. There are SM videos of his daughter vocalizing her love for him, there are photos of the girls cuddling and snuggle up on him, all smiles. I don't see any Lucas Hernandez-style pictures here. The unverified account of the friend who said the MIL and SIL tried feeding one daughter peanuts said that SW insisted that CW stay close by to keep them safe. I don't think he hurt them at all, until that night. Are there other cases like this? Why does this happen? The only other one that comes to mind is Justin Ross Harris, whose ex-wife still swears he wouldn't have left Cooper in his hot car on purpose, because he loved him so dearly. I'm just struggling with this one yall.

Sometimes children vocalize their love for an abusive parent
especially if that abuse was also emotional abuse. Children yearn for love and attention from their parents, even bad love
or bad attention.
What bothered me initially in some photos of these little girls,
is that their eyes were sad but their mouths were smiling almost
like someone told them to smile and they faked a smile.

Also in some photos of the dad CW holding them, the child is
braced AWAY from him in a resistant way.

I believe he did hurt them. It may take time for this to come out
but those are my 'feelings' .

Another thing I noticed in the Instagram account is the kids appear to be wearing LuLaRoe clothing. I clicked on one photo where the outfits were particularly LLR style and I was correct- it had a bunch of LuLaRoe tags on it. This is another MLM company. I wonder if she was selling or just helping to promote for friends.

Yes, ever before killing them. Why now? I hope it's okay to say this but....even SW and the baby you know? If he was worried about finances and truly didn't want another baby and he felt like he was being driven mad about it all...why those girls too? I guess I'm just as fooled as most people are with narcissists but he truly appeared to love them deeply....

I think I picked up that the judge said to give the defense as much notice as possible.

I just can't believe that they'd deliberately delay it for 48 hours--if they did that on their own, I could just imagine the defense making a big deal of that in front of a jury, and pretending they could have found a lot of exculpatory evidence if they'd only done a prompt autopsy!

Interesting! What made Anadarko look at security tapes? The wife/kids of one of their employees went missing. Would that automatically trigger them to review security tapes? Maybe they were asked to confirm his “alibi” and they discovered him where he wasn’t supposed to be??

Those tanks are like HUGE explosive bombs. They are continuously monitored on multiple parameters so they can detect the slightest change in temperature, pressure, humidity, etc instantly. Opening a hatch would cause an instant change in pressure that would likely trigger an alarm, as wellas having multiple sensors triggered with the mechanical opening AND introducing something foreign into the tank.

There would also be security cameras all over the gates and the rigging. Alarms would go instantly to the plant security people. Even if he was able to use his own access pass or code, the opening of the hatches would be easy to corroborate with his presence.

Was CW seen putting the bodies into the tanks on the security tapes??? I am wondering how they knew to look in them, did CW tell them. I can not imagine the people who had to retrieve those little bodies out of them. Makes me sick.

There will be a procedure to open or evacuate the tanks and it will essentially involve a Hazmat team because of the fumes & the explosive danger ( at least for the volatile gasoline tanks. This is not a minor event

I wondered this also. He does have a rather thick neck in some photos. And based on his biceps he was definitely doing
free weights.
I've had dealings with guys on steroids at my fitness club and they are like
aggressive wild boars. ANGER!!!!

In addition to mood issues, steroids contribute to sexual dysfunction as well.

I believe this is what happened. He told police he committed the murders during interrogation, and told them where the bodies were, and the company pulled the surveillance video. That's how LE was confident about where to find the bodies. We need to see those police interrogations!

I predict a lot of sobbing. And maybe his dad or other relative present for part of the interrogation.

But what I noticed is (granted I'm no expert) he doesn't come off intelligent and confident the way others (Drew Peterson, for instance) do. No emotions, in control, but not bright and manipulative. It's why I figured he would confess because it doesn't seem like he thinks he's smarter than LE.

The reports have been consistent that he confessed and said he would lead LE to the bodies. He was arrested and LE eventually located the bodies. Later reports indicated his family coming in on Wednesday prompted him to go to LE and confess.

I'm betting Andarko has vast tracts of land, much of which is not covered by security cameras. Without specific info it would be hard to know where to look.

True, but Andarko will have a series of alarms and videos going off over those two tanks that night that cant be ignored.

I can't imagine... I know nothing at all about oil tanks, except that they look very large. In a way like a corn silo. If the girls <shiver> were put into a big tank like that, how did he get them in there? How are they opened and closed.Wouldn't he have had to have a ladder? Damm, it's so difficult to realize I am even talking about something like this.

Another question -- I guess I missed it -- how did LE know the location of Shanann and the girls -- did CW confess? Did the company discover it?
