It is hard to know without more information. But, the thing with psychopaths is they still do not admit wrongdoing when faced with proof. Everything is always someone else's fault. Everything.

It will not surprise me if his defense blames the wife in this case.

He could have killed her and the girls woke up to find mommy dead. They were old enough to talk and communicate what they saw so he killed them as well.

But their beds weren’t disturbed, according to the friend.

In my opinion, a man like this, who I believe has been "faking it" all along ala Scott Peterson, can play the part really well. Keeping the girls safe? Of course! But not because he cares about them as human beings, but because they are an integral part of his normie story. I'm sorry. This man did not snap. This man has no heart. He didn't confess out of guilt. Guilt would have made him NOT give interviews and trying to make it seem like his wife left him. He confessed because he knew they had him dead to rights and he was hoping for a better deal by showing he was "helpful." Scum. He never loved any of them. They were just possessions. If he did, he wouldn't have killed them. Period. IMO.
BRAVO!!!! thank you.

So it’s up to the MLM distributor to pay the federal and state income taxes, perhaps quarterly, including Social Security and Medicare? Sounds confusing, almost like one has to have a CPA. Another expense.
With the new law that passed in some state forget which one, it is being considered in others as well and most likely to become standard. The law going forward will be for all online sellers to have to charge tax to every customer no matter what state they are living in. Some already have been doing it for years you may already have noticed. Companies like Macy's, Barnes & Noble etc that have stores in a lot of states charge tax no matter where you live.

Since that is an incredibly difficult thing for a small business to set up on their own, I have been worried about it. My accountant told me that the platform I sell on will most certainly be the one collecting the state taxes and dealing with the paperwork. If he is wrong and it is expected that I do it, then that is the end of my business. There is no way I am going to attempt to keep up with that. My business is just something that keeps me busy... not into it wanting to make a fortune or anything. I'm just an artist with interest in many different mediums. Right now I sell jewelry so I want to make enough to allow me the ability to recoop my costs for gemstones and supplies to make my jewelry and a nice little buffer that I spend on my granddaughters to take them out to eat, buy them stuff and generally all round spoil them. I watch them during the week and love doing fun things with them. Fun things cost money :)

I thought he confessed to his father after he arrived by plane
That's what I read in some news accounts also.

Im sorry if this offends anyone. I’m having a hard time seeing CW as being a physically or emotionally abusive person. From past experiences I’m usually pretty good at spotting signs. I’m sure I’m the minority here, but I see SW as wearing the pants. If CW was abusive towards SW I highly doubt he would “allow” her to travel the way she does, especially for 6 weeks. I don’t think he would “allow” her to post as much as she did on SM and especially not pics in a bathing suit, I just don’t see it. I have a suspicion that she wanted out and he went off the deep end. I’m in no way, shape or form victim blaming - he is to blame. Is anyone else having the same thoughts as me?
I'm in agreement with you.
I think the 6 weeks in NC with her family was a sort of "break" for their relationship, maybe a kind of trial separation. I think the financial issues may have caused a lot of the stress on their relationship. And to me the posts by Shanann about CW seem to be overcompensating for issues they had or it could simply have been her presenting her idea of what her relationship should look like to the world of social media. But I don't think he was living the bachelor life those 6 weeks; I think he struggled and was angry. When she came back they may have had a talk about further separation or divorce, then she leaves on another trip again and his anger overwhelms him. JMO.

If they think she was killed almost immediately upon returning home, that might explain the swift response by Nicole and LE.

If a friend of mine, in that kind of marriage, was going to have the conversation that she was leaving him, and she told me about it...heck yes I’d sound the alarm early and often if she stopped texting me back! By noon that was almost 10 hours. And there’s no way most LE would wait 24 hours, especially with 2 kids involved. What they were really doing was responding to a welfare check, not a missing person (yet).
That’s exactly right—initial response was a wellness chexk. I don’t think the missing persons status happened until the day after, amd that changed to “endangered missing” later Tuesday or Wed morning.

He probably searched -How to murder your family and not get caught.
I'm not joking. He is a dumb 🤬🤬🤬.

Before he admitted to killing his family, I watched an interview he gave in front of his house. I was thinking what a very nice, expensive home for a young couple to have and that someone must be an executive, with a very high-paying job. After listening to him talk, I felt pretty certain he was not an executive.

Do we know if the girls shared a room? Likely, imo...

And if the wellness check hadn’t occurred, when would he have reported them missing? Sounds like he was maybe caught off guard by this.

Likely - that close in age and both girls with the 3rd BR as an office for Shannan - perhaps ultimately going to be Baby Nico's room?

Hmm.. not if his schedule had him leaving the house by 5AM Monday for work. MOO

What does that mean? The beds were made? Just them getting out of bed maybe seeing him actually killing mommy? Maybe heard her scream or struggling? Maybe heard an argument leading up to the murder? How disturbed could the beds be?

Sorry, I was confused as to what you were asking. I don't know if MLM would be paying them and I would guess probably not. It would be up to SW to do this. They would provide her with a 1099 that she would have to file on her own. I thought you were asking how SW would file taxes that is why I answered the way I did. She is probably working under a DBA / Doing Business As and may have a tax exempt number from her local municipality in order to buy wholesale.

IDK but it was a 5 bedroom home.
Hmm...5 BR home really? I hadn't known that. That's a pretty big house so perhaps they did have separate rooms.

Oh goodness

the answers are in his presentation!

listening to it now

you get bored

you might meet a new person

which could become something else

relationship begins to fall apart

work hobbies distract you

spend less time with each other

make promises that turn into betrayal

( I think she had an affair and it devastated him years ago )

this stuff is stuff he RELATED to

you cant communicate when your phone -- the friend said she was constantly on her phone and in his interview he said well her blowing me off is no big deal (data there) but when she did not respond to her friends....

a lot about feeling ignored

do i have a moral responsibility to stay in this relationship
do i desire to keep this relationship going
is it a necessity ($$) to stay in relationship

infidelity if you meet someone and slowly realize that the new person is more interesting

you must have lust in a relationship

dont see anything in common any longer

you feel you might be off with someone else you met

you feel your putting in more than your getting

there is so much in this 9 minutes -- totally fits with his we had an emotional conversation --like he tried all this stuff that night and it was just hopeless

all behavior has meaning - there is a reason why - for a class - he chose deteriorating relationships

but imo ya know what was the most telling was :

this piece

do i have a moral responsibility to stay in this relationship (kids)
do i desire to keep this relationship going (lust)
is it a necessity to stay in relationship (($$) kids-feeling trapped

moo

Yeah there was a lot of verrrrry interesting stuff in that presentation.
