And how it was found. Damaged etc.

He’s blaming the sheriff’s department for contaminating evidence by touching the bike and walking/driving all over the area.

Not sure if it will help, but the transcript has been uploaded to that YT video interview with BM

Ha, only if he didnt think you were from the media, hmmm why doesnt he want the media publicising his missing wife.
He doesn’t like the media trashing him and not believing in his innocence. I don’t think it is about not finding Suzanne. Only my opinion.

Completely interesting, trujac, that's quite the scoop from TD, thanks for uploading it here.
I guess it's possible a deer ran in front of her and she went off the road, brakes jammed and couldn't get bike back on the road so started walking along the road to head back home and got picked up by someone ... maybe she had an injury and had trouble walking, I mean, that is possible. And maybe the item found was sunglasses, that's something that could easily fall off. But then again, if the dogs didn't pick up any scent in that location then that's the end of that theory I guess.

Interesting youtube clip of BM discussing what he thinks happened to his wife.

—-Snipped—-

ETA: This man broke no laws, as it’s legal for someone to secretly record another person in Colorado if you’re the one doing it (one party consent).

I just don’t like liars. The Youtuber in question previewed this with an earlier video here:

...in which he stated that he “accidentally” recorded this and “thought” his camera was switched off. He claims BM “gave him an interview” - no, he secretly recorded BM after confirming to BM that he wasn’t doing so.

It really highlights how distrusting of others you have to be these days, sadly. Especially in cases like this. It would be ironic here for anyone to criticise BM for “threatening to come after” the Youtuber at the end, when this sort of deliberate lie and trickery by the Youtuber is exactly what he was driving at and why he would’ve said that. I would’ve said exactly the same thing.

On the content, it’s great for sleuthers and helps us put some pieces of the evidence puzzle in place assuming it’s true, e.g. bike location. IMO this doesn’t put him in the clear yet by a long stretch, but BM is presumably a practical type not an emotional type. And so his unguarded conversation fits with someone who has had a bit of time to process the possibilities. You can’t sit at home puffy eyed and wringing your hands indefinitely. MOO.

I heard him say that it rained which would’ve washed away any evidence of a mountain lion attack and dragging her away.

Wow, pure gold.
Let some serious sleuthing begin.
Can someone transcribe?
Wow! BLM appears to be standing on CR 225 when he motioned in the direction of Fooses Lake and said it (the bicycle) was to the right, and up the hill. That would seem to me to describe the Fooses Dam Bridge, but I can't be sure that's what he was indicating! It sounds like he came immediately from Denver, and was an active participant in the search. IMO

@MassGuy It’s always interesting what stands out to one person vs. another. Did he say that his Army Ranger buddy deployed 400 times?

That is what he said 400 tours to Iraq try doing the math on that

BBM:

So, here's what I heard:

According to BM, the girls called the neighbor after they texted SM to say HMD and didn't hear anything back.
The neighbor then went to the house and saw that SM's vehicle was at the house but her bike was missing.
"She" then called HIM on Sunday to say they were a little concerned.

Is that what other people heard him say?
I heard exactly what you heard. (At least what you’ve typed here.)

BM did himself no favors in that video. I believe I read on WS that he has lawyered up. If so, his attorney was not consulted beforehand or BM did the interview anyway. The deafening silence from LE is getting to him … they are smoking him out so to speak.

<modsnip: Please don't make direct accusations>

Thank you for stating the obvious. YouTuber was clearly deceitful to get his big scoop. That doesn’t make BM innocent, nor does it make him guilty. I do think he and his mom were out searching for Suzanne, or it appeared that way. He also said he had friends helping him. If he is lying about any of it, LE will know right away and it will catch up to him.

According to BM, the girls called the neighbor after they texted SM to wish her a Happy Mother's Day and didn't hear anything back from her. The neighbor then went to the house and saw that SM's vehicle was at the house but her bike was missing.

She (whoever "she" is) then called HIM on Sunday to say they were a little concerned.

Is that what other people heard him say?
Yes, it is also what I heard. Odd that the neighbor would know where to look and for what regarding the bike. o_O

Much better than the 25second hostage video.

Why would you walk a perfect stranger over to where the bike was found, and he said the LE was there so surely they would have taken photos of the bike. This case is getting weirder and weirder.

It is also interesting that he is in a "hunting mode" with his mother--driving around in his truck with her searching for Suzanne. His willingness to chat up strangers with the nearly complete story (A-Z)--where Suzanne's bicycle was found, where on the road he thinks she was abducted, who and what might have abducted her (a mountain lion might have taken her), where he was (he was in Denver) when she went missing etc., could be an auto pilot form of coping with stress and soliciting sympathy or it could be a form of survival strategy...a way of constantly rehearsing the pertinent events over and over again so that the story remains embedded in his memory recall. I hope we reach some conclusion soon--and Suzanne returns home safely.

It’s going to keep happening. With no news from law enforcement, people are going nuts over every rumor they hear. Literally anyone can make a fake Facebook account, and post something that sounds semi-believable.
I agree, but in this case, LE silence allows anybody to say anything without fear of vetting. IMO

I have to say, it felt dirty of this Youtuber straight out lying to BM when he asked him if he was recording him. I would be afraid, TD has some cajones. And BM has TD's number, TD better disconnect his phone and get a new number. I need to analyze this video, not sure what to think.

So I’m confused... @Dave F. submitted a link to a document that had SM/BM applying for a building permit (I think) in 2008 for this property... but I can clearly see in your link that they were not owners and sellers. “¯\_(ツ)_/¯“

I don’t know if someone answered this already but IMO this was a mistake. Permits stay with a property because you have to prove work done on the house was permitted when you sell your house. I think these databases are stored according to the address/lot number and the online searches are autofilling the current owner name. So yes THE HOUSE has these permits but they were applied for by the previous owners and they stay with the house that now belongs to the Ms. I think @Shiloh28 who is in real estate weighed in on this too.

I still hope that Suzanne has not been disappeared by someone she loved. I always try to hope, rather than speculate. I’m not a sleuther - just a follower of cases.

That said, I found BLM believable. But I did think his description of the bike being found was weird - he started to say something about the position it was found but stopped himself. I will have to give it another listen. Anyone else hear it?

ETA missing word

I thought he pointed out Fooses lake in the opposite direction of where he said the bike was found?
