Yup, this is why I think the rental property was listed for sale by the Morphews long before SM became missing.

Question is if BM wanted the proceeds all to himself and also investigated on how to get that done. Via guardianship. Then we are talking premeditated murder.
IMO
If the property was listed for sale prior to SM going missing, it is possible that it was a preliminary step towards a parting of ways. I still feel that when he said "Oh, Suzanne," it conveyed that she had done something that pushed him over the edge. Moo.

BBM:

I can't speak for anybody else, but I'm most certainly not making that assumption.

Are property sale records public in IN, i.e., will we be able to view the sale amount and buyer after the sale has been finalized?

I'm very interested to know if this property was sold to one of BM's relatives.

JMO.

I think it’s a safe assumption. I don’t think there’s any way the court would’ve authorized a sale of property via a temporary guardianship otherwise.

Shows where his priorities are, however.

Priorities.

A wife and mother is missing, and you’re given a golden opportunity to get the word out.

It’s never “too soon,” but frequently “too late.”

Not here. Apparently it’s best to appoint a spokesman who forces the media not to show his face.

A spokesman who quickly goes silent.

Then, you wait days, and put out a 26 second video to appease the critics who can’t believe you aren’t making appeals for your missing wife.

Then you seek guardianship, and sell property.

As one does, when a life is hanging in the balance.

To be fair, it's been almost 26 whole days since she went missing.

26 whole days is way longer than the 26-seconds he devoted to that "Oh, Suzanne" video plea to the mountain lion that abducted her. I'm not exactly sure how much longer. You do the math.

Regardless, it's impressive how long he's held out hope.
The man can't live in limbo forever.
It's been almost an entire month since she's gone missing!

"Life goes on."

For some, anyway.

Mountain lion enters home in Salida

Sorry i am not use to posting links . I am learning tho i now have some of the links posted i am going to keep digging because there is a increase of the attacks and the public needs to know

As of now, it looks like LE have disregarded the possibility of a mountain lion attack; and that they think it lacks credibility as far as Suzanne's disappearance.
And as far as I know, LE haven't warned the public of any prowling big cats recently.
So there's that.

Hopefully there's no fear of that happening to anyone, and I think LE would've warned people of any predators, the random human kind or an animal.

Is Suzanne had been taken by a cougar, we would have been notified of her clothing and shoes, if she wore glasses, if her helmet was missing, etc.
Not a peep from LE thus far.

There's been no updates lately, but I'm thinking there could be one eventually -- and it will be a very big one.

Ita ! ^^^

Hence the removal of concrete and the sifting (that's what it looked like) of the dirt. :(
My god... they were looking for small pieces of evidence, imo.
Burned, pulverized ... or whatever.
Can you tell my wrath is rising ?
I think LE found some evidence very early on.
They knew. :(

This husband gives me a Scott Peterson vibe of arrogance and conceit.
As in --how dare we question his motives or actions ?

Are there any specific interviews someone can link me to?

I've been a member of Ancestry.com for many years and it has never required death certificates for members to build their family tree. Members have a choice to make it available to other members.
This is CRAZY! I was snooping on my Ancestry ... and found this when I was looking for SM’s mothers obituary. WTH! Has date of death May 7 and states she was cremated.

<ADMIN NOTE: I have added this link to support the post>

I thought we can't sleuth family members? That's from findagrave.com and is a public site. Anybody can post that info. There's been no evidence SM died on Thurs. May 7 or that she was cremated. Just another crank who wants attention.

So TD YouTube is back up? The location where the bike was “supposedly” found, with red crime scene tape, looks very far off the road. Was that clip up before? How did they come across it? Seeing it, I can understand it being odd to find it there. hmm

That’s exactly what I posted earlier and would be a redeeming quality to this whole process - @gitana1 all the lawyers in my office said there was no possible way he’d get Letters in IN with them living in CO and being missing but they were all wrong - I haven’t told them yet

It’s certainly unique.

Why would the proceeds be frozen? It depends on how they set up escrow. If proceeds of the sale are directed to be wired into their joint account BM should have full access to the funds. Escrow would have been set up immediately upon the purchase contract (within 48 hours) so presumably SM had knowledge and decision making where the proceeds of the sale would be deposited. BM has not been accused of any crime. He is simply fulfilling his end of the legal contract to sell the property. I do not find the “guardianship” issue suspicious at all.

It would be frozen because his wife is missing and to grant a conservatorship, and an order selling property of an adult, is a grave thing never undertaken lightly by the court. And on an emergency basis, which means regular due process notice requirements are not met, it is especially grave.

People have the right to handle their own estates. Emergency orders can only be granted under super exigent circumstances and when it has to do with sale of a property it is meant to prevent the waste of the conservetee’s property. Not to give it to his or her spouse or other family member, without proper notice, permission, etc.

That would be a violation of the conservatee’s due process rights.

So holding the funds in escrow pending further hearing, at the very least, would be necessary to protect SM’s constitutional rights.

Yes, but isn’t he afraid about how BLATANTLY obvious this all is??? JMO

Find A Grave is an entirely user generated/user edited website, with ALL of the information presented in memorial format. There is no guarantee that anything presented is factual. I have been a member / contributor for over 9 years and have read hundreds of thousands of 🤬🤬🤬 memorials which contain information that is simply not true. IMO
So have I. And the not true information gets repeated over and over.
