I am under the impression this forum is for discussion, and I think is natural to develop personal thoughts on a person’s guilt or innocence as more info is brought to light! Letecia Stauch was definitely the main POI on Gannon’s threads from day one! I’d be apologizing to NO ONE if I was wrong bc I would not be making accusations direct to the POI.
Following leads from LE is what forms most of my own personal opinion. Maybe some aren’t comfortable with “speculation”. Maybe they are better off in a support group IMO, MOO.

Sheriff Spezze's words referring to questions about Suzanne's husband are troubling.

Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze stated that it is not unusual in these types of investigations to start at the home and extend outward, in an effort to seek clues surrounding the disappearance.

Looking at LE's actions-- there hasn't been any movement thus far in an outward direction; but a second search of the house indicates something is drawing LE back to the Morphew's , and not to an outside abduction.

LE discounted and animal attack and if there'd been a bike accident she should've been found by now.
Never mind the 200 mile radius BM claims he and his firefighting buddies searched. Riiiight.

LE conducted their own search, minus BM's FF friends -- and I'm certain it was thorough based on what evidence was at hand.

OMG! I think he's a fantastic guy and good provider! They always look happy and he is watching out for their finances. He does have two daughters, who's future he is thinking about!

No. I’ve reached my conclusion based on the way this case is being handled. Using every recent high profile Colorado case as an example, and knowing how the CBI and FBI operate; it’s clear which way the wind is blowing:

They never handled it as an abduction.

Every single thing they have done has BM as the primary focus.

The silence from LE.

Basically, “logical reasoning.”

i honestly think they were trying to ask her if she was scared being on the site, without saying "since you're a woman, were you scared (of the murderer) being on the site?"

i did notice her reaction, but i have nothing but respect for these 2 gentleman and really don't think they meant any harm or were being sexist in that moment. i felt like well, they are just from a different generation and therefore might think a little differently than we do today, and perhaps it just came out wrong. these days you have to carefully verbalize every thought that comes out of your mouth in a live moment, or else you're labelled as something horrible when someone gets offended. (i hate it, which is why i try to keep my mouth shut. lol. i wouldn't dare do a live stream for this very reason, so kudos to the live-streamers out there! it takes guts! )

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate PE too. It's just a knee-jerk reaction, I guess. Having experienced sexual discrimination (and harassment) my entire life (as I'm sure everyone can identify with), I'm ultra sensitive and I could tell LS was uncomfortable as well. I know it goes with the territory, especially in the case of older gentlemen.
In retrospect, should've kept it to myself, lol.

The reason the neighbor called DWAP was two fold:
1. They are acquaintances and it was informal. He happened to be doing a Live video at the time
2. She understood it may have been significant given timing and the odd weekend hours they were working on a MD holiday weekend. Being a man and woman was not the crux of the call. She was simply annoyed a construction crew would be out in the wee hours of the morning on a weekend operating heavy equipment. I had never mentioned it because this fact had never been in MSM.

(I had never heard of him, the video came up as I searched for info on the case)

Are you referring to a private call between build site neighbor and DWAP or a recorded call aired on his program? If the latter, do you have the date. Thanks.

But imo the well-digging and land purchase and the selling of assets that were in Suzanne's name only requiring a POA and declaration of "incapacitated" are worrisome.
That's my opinion and take on it.
Yes I realize that life continues and business needs to be attended to -- but it seems so hasty.

The sheriff's words are troubling IMO b/c he could've just said "no comment", or "yes, he's cooperating".

"We hope he continues to cooperate" indicates some earlier dialogue or questioning that might have gone sideways ?

Another possibility is that he had lawyered up since the initial interview, likely because it did go sideways.

I mean, it really had to, as this was way too focused, way too soon. If he made an error (like I believe he did), then the interview couldn’t possibly go well for him.

And that comment from the sheriff was incredibly telling. He was basically putting BM on notice, something we also saw in the Kelsey Berreth case. In that one, the police Chief was asked why Patrick Frazee wasn’t at the press conference. His response was “you’d have to ask him that.”

We both know how that one turned out.

The notion that LE “have nothing” because they are not telling us anything is ridiculous. LE told us nothing in Gannon’s case and they had a freakin’ boat load of evidence. KB’s case likewise. In fact, we were stunned by the evidence revealed at trial.

LE know what happened here. Making an airtight case takes time.
