I agree finding their mother (or somebody finding her) is the #1 priority.
Since this is about Suzanne, but the video that TD made and shared wasn't specifically and only about Suzanne, what should be done? IMO
For starters, I shouldn’t keep the thread going based on a rumor about the girls. Everyone should be looking for Suzanne and demanding answers. That’s the only “should” I am concerned with.

Makes me wonder about an affair. It always seems like that comes out in these types of cases. "Perfect" family then all of a sudden.... coincidentally there was an affair and splitting up the pie while maintaining a certain life with an ex and new woman just seems beyond the cheaters imagination. I'd guess it's that they realize somewhere in their thick skulls that the mistress isn't just with them for their winning personalities. The new person isn't going to stick around for a long divorce, financial problems, downgrades, etc.

There are undemanding mistresses as well as demanding ones, IMO. In any case, a mistress would know "another truth" than the wife/family and it would be interesting, to know HER story. How would her future have looked? What was promised to her and what date was set, if?

Do you agree that the minor daughter should have someone with her, as her counsel, when she is questioned by police? Suzanne can’t be with her and I doubt the police would want Barry present during questioning. There are practical reasons that the girls need their own representatives.
If she is questioned she should have a lawyer present iMO. I had a break in and LE wanted to question my minor in another room and I said absolutely not - told them I would call my lawyer right then if necessary - it was not an issue but I think they wanted to do it without me for sure.

Did this woman friend say SM was new to biking?
Well there’s a nugget for ya.
What do you hear? I hear she was "new to that game" but the comment leading up to that sounds muffled. What I'm interpreting it to be is nothing to do with biking but something else entirely ...can we compare?

....”between her radiation and then the pandemic, she was new to biking...”

Priorities for Dau's?
... But it doesn’t change my opinion that finding their mother is priority number one. Not their education. Not making sure they get their share of anything. Not hiring lawyers at this time. Their lives will go on....
@Love Never Fails sbm Agreeing w you that the dau's search for BM is extremely high priority, waaaay up there. Does searching for SM as No. 1 priority exclude their retaining legal counsel, then taking steps w or at least considering following thru w legal advice. Not mutually exclusive imo.

I wonder what specific actions they could take to find SM, which would leave no time to consult atty. Anyone? my2cts.

We just disagree.

I get it. But it doesn’t change my opinion that finding their mother is priority number one. Not their education. Not making sure they get their share of anything. Not hiring lawyers at this time. Their lives will go on, with or without finances. This is about Suzanne.
Maybe, the daughters or one of them was manipulated into involvement with a lie, she had to state in father's interest. At the latest when I understood the whole situation, I would have needed a lawyer.

I strongly suspect an affair and I very strongly feel, not a demanding mistress. I don’t think anyone “demands” anything from BM. The question for me is, did LE locate her immediately? Is she cooperating? Or, is she hanging back in the wings at the gym waiting for the moment it isn’t “too soon” anymore to start flaunting their relationship?

Barry has moved on, and I suspect before SM went “missing.” He actions betray him. JMHO

I just watched TD’s interview with the Profiling Evil guys.

One of them mentions how probable it is that there are a lot of security cameras in the area around the house, as there are high value rental properties.

TD chimed in that he and Lauren Sharf had seen several signs mentioning security cameras in the area. He also reiterated that he believes the bike was planted.

This got me thinking.

There had to be something huge that focused law enforcement’s investigation early on. I think there’s a good chance that BM was caught either on video, or via an eyewitness, dumping that bike.

Either he was actually captured doing it, or the bike was seen in the back of his pickup.

I agree... and that's what would have kicked them into high gear so quickly...possibly getting a SW that same night.

A therapist, some type of counselor, sure I get that, but a lawyer? What's the legal difficulties you refer to? The way it usually works AFAIK is the parents "own" the assets and take care of the children. The parents make the decisions, period.

That depends on how old the children are and whether or not both parents are still living and not missing. IIRC, these "children" are young adults.

Yes. It’s like they KNEW for a fact she didn’t go on that bike ride. If they didn’t know, then we would have seen all the things we usually see.

It wouldn’t be enough for a murder charge obviously, but it would close all those other doors.

By now LE will have seen all the home security footage. They will know how often, if at all, Suzanne biked. If she was not in a habit of biking 'before church every Sunday,' they will know that too. Moo
and the pandemic began in earnest on the East Coast around mid-March, so you had all those church dates???? When? Interesting wording in retrospect, I do wonder what she means as the two events are years apart....

Perhaps when the gym was finally shut down Suzanne needed a new workout routine (makes sense) and took up riding the bike that was there at the house (I've had the same temptation) But that would lead me to think "riding before church" was a throw away line...more planted Barry script.
