Ok! I am going to retract the whole entire elaborate bobcat idea. The item found 3/8 mile fr Thursday may have been dirt trail may have been a red herring.

I have thought for a long time now that this property that he bought immediately following her disappearance was most likely what may have started a fight that night. IMO, she did not want him to buy the property and he was not hearing it. He lost control and killed her.

I agree. The property dealings right after her disappearance "was too soon".

Way too soon to be doing as much property dealings as he has been doing. I can almost understand about the one property transfer in Indiana if that was all setup beforehand but that should have been the end of it and then we hear about even more property related dealings in Colorado right after her disappearance.

2+2=4 and I agree these property dealings may have been the reason there could have been a big fight that escalated into her being missing.

It was too soon to give the willing media an interview that may help locate SM but it was not too soon to go through with a bunch of property dealings, which btw, were done without SM having a vote.

What do you mean by this?
I would think for an outdoor business in springtime would be a great time for business. No snow or rain, weather is nice, not too hot. Easy to work in.
Are you saying it would be the most stressful time because this would be a time a lot of jobs would be starting/going on?

It is a great time for business, but you have just come out of the winter season where you havent been working hardly at all. Landscapers usually take it off, hardscapers not so much but once the ground has thawed its all hands on deck. All your customers are calling at once for something to be done. You are trying to finish the jobs you couldnt get to the previous year because winter came in and the Spring jobs are stacked up. Employees have been laid off for weeks or months, if your not doing snow, and there begging for hours. Its a crazy time in a seasonal business.

I'm kind of fascinated with digital evidence so I'm looking forward to learning what the investigators uncovered in this area. In my situation, my morning routine is obvious on my phone: open my ring app, watch the overnight vids, open the Bible app & read the verse of the day (very popular app, I'm willing to bet SM uses it too - tons of people do), check FB messenger, weather, etc. And this is all before I pour my first coffee!
Pretty much everyone has some type of daily normal, expected routine/behavior on their phones like this, and they'll be able to easily determine if her "normal" was done on Sunday. I don't believe it was, but that's jmo.

I agree with this as well. Patterns of cell phone usage has been used to demonstrate when someone likely went missing and also to demonstrate a perp's unusual cell phone activity around the same time.

The Heather Elvis case is one of them where phone records like that became important and were used at the trials for the perps.

I am applauding the level of restraint of all involved here-LE, Lauren, PE guys, Andy Moorman, Suzanne’s Dad. They are walking a very thin line in pursuit of the truth. As much as we all want to accuse Barry (and we obviously do), they are continuing steadfastly, moving forward, without shutting any lines of communication down. I feel like they’ve got this.

That is very possible. People are speaking now that have been very quiet.
I'm wondering how BMs friend TS is feeling about things right now. I hope he has the insight to see how he was used to push a narrative.

LE knows all that. I would be very easy to check on.... 1) turn on heat, fire up tablet, look at WS, email, whatsapp while under the covers in my cold-at-night cabin 2) check cnn for new calamities/death counts 3) let dogs out who have been politely holding it since midnight 4) coffee black with cinnamon in Pluto living cup 5) make youtube play later list. I would be so easy to digitally profile. She wasn't online? Yep, she was deceased.
I don't think there was anything real from SM since the cut off conversation with friend.
Were there any postings from her social media at all on Sunday?

It would be great if someone (LS, PE) could get an interview with the nephew and/or BMs friend. I don’t think it will happen but it would be nice. MOO

I agree. TN would be a great interview but I believe he would rather speak privately to LE for fear of hurting the girls. Just my guess.

That is a good possibility. It looks like that property in Indiana was going to sell shortly. Maybe Suzanne wanted a say about how the proceeds were spent. Maybe she wanted half. BM wanted all. Moo

I agree Tate. He seems very genuine and loved Suzanne. I think he’s had plenty to say to LE. MOO

Anybody know what's involved in swapping out Bobcat attachments? Easy? Hard? Loud?

Asking for my friend Bob.

I asked this in the last thread. I also asked if the motor had to be running when you swapped out the attachments. @Knox was kind enough to reply with this:

On larger pieces of equipment (I'm more familiar with) if the attachment has moving parts. You would connect the hydraulic hoses and put the lock pins in, at most maybe 5 minutes. I would think it would be the same with the Bobcat.

Forgot to address does it have to be running- if hydraulic, yes. If manual, no.

He also attached a good video, which I can’t copy. See post #381 on Thread #27.

Isn’t that the weirdest note you ever saw? Looks like that’s all BM could think about. Likely because he needed her to be on that bike ride. Not, the colour of her hair, the colour of her eyes, her height, her weight, jewelry she was wearing (missing from the home, like necklace or ring). Nope. Gotta sell that bike story. The heck with what she actually looks like. Smh.

I really want to know if there is any phone activity either text messages or SM/Internet activity from her after 5am when barry supposedly left her that mothers day morning, And whether it was normal for her phone to usually have activity each morning. My guess is there was no phone activity that morning and there usually was each morning.

Absolutely. A morning routine. A cuppa and check your email, news, Facebook. I bet it didn't happen on Mother's Day. Moo

IMO, he knew it did not matter.

I have to agree with this, i am still very much on the fence when it comes to lie detectors, the are not admissible in court for a reason, Some people can pass them even when they are lying and some people can even fail them when they are innocent. Even if i were innocent i would be pretty paranoid about taking one in case it somehow came back as i were lying.
I feel differently. Since they are inadmissible as evidence, I would take one. The goal when someone you love is missing is to find them as quickly as possible, if clearing my name helps narrow that search effort I'm going to do it.
In my mind I see no difference between a failed lie detector test and a refusal to take a lie detector test. Both are suspicious.

I'm no handwriting expert, but I was a teacher. I note an organic (natural to the writer) mix of upper and lower case letters in addition to the staggering lack of useful detail.

Could be useful for comparison perhaps, should other writing come forward.

Not sure that’s happened quite yet, but he sure has gone silent. Lurking and “liking” on the platform he used to do that. Still supporting BM, and likely reporting back to him on where BM stands in the court of public opinion. MOO
