Bleach (chlorine) is so strong both in cleaning properties but smell- if your hotel room smells like bleach either something nasty happened there or your hotel is going over the top with Covid measures (not the cheap hotels!)
The fact he likely purchased and brought bleach to use at the hotel room is terribly suspicious. This means cleaning up blood to me..
any one know if they may have found blood in the house?
All moo!
And as we all know from being on WS is that bleach doesn’t just magically “disappear” blood like murderers seem to think.

Does it have a swimming pool?
I clean for a living. Swimming pool chlorine on a towel is not like bleach odor after cleaning. And Ill bet a guy in a rush situation would feel the need to overkill on the bleach. moo

I’m more curious if the guardianship hearing being concluded was the event LE wanted to have happen prior to making an arrest.

I admit to getting lost in the guardianship discussions. Why do you think LE would be waiting for that hearing event to happen before making an arrest? What's the possible smoking gun with it? Again, I'm lost in this one.

Ok, so million dollar question...and I know we have discussed it at length, but still not sure we have an answer. WHO suggested or facilitated, for lack of a better word... the camping trip? Just WAY too convenient. JMO
but remember all the early talk that the girls were NOT living at home.

I think we will be blown away at all the premeditation that will show up soon or at least at trial.
Re mail: wonder if there was a newish life insurance policy on SM?

I didn’t go in deep (WS taught me to stop going down the rabbithole and respect people’s privacy), but the person quoted in the DM does “seem” to be in Barry’s circle. I wanted to make sure he wasn’t some random guy looking for his 15 minutes. I’m still taking his account with a grain of salt but I do not believe he is a stranger to Barry.

Maybe he brought the tools in and soaked them in bleach in the tub or sink. Or even a bucket from his truck.

I'm sure that CCTV is explosive.

When I read some of the Colorado hunting rules and regulations trying to find information about taking antlers off of roadkill, I was amazed at how complex and detailed the Colorado rules are compared to some other states I have hunted in.

Colorado has very complex hunting rules and regulations. Following all the rules and having the appropriate licenses is one of the most important things for any hunter considering hunting anywhere. Because its how the state's game management is able to control game populations properly.

Im real curious if BM followed the proper rules to acquire the roadkill antlers. From what I read he needed to obtain a permit at some point for it. Having those kinds of rules prevents poachers from just killing animals for their trophy rack.
Wouldn't it be a HOOT if BM is arrested and
held on a charge of illegally possessing elk horns??? bwahahahah.

AND SO IT BEGINS

Serious question though dont ammonia and chlorine kind of smell similar? I could be totally remembering wrong because I have no reason to smell either regularly
No. Not at all.

I think Bleach too. Lots of people would confuse the smell of chlorine with bleach. I think it was bleach.

Ugh BM alibi/story is just unraveling, just another lier lying. I really hope le are keeping a eye on the girls . Hopefully soon he’s in jail where he belongs. SM family has to be just worried about the girls. Why would bm have insurance papers at the hotel was he hiding something from SM . That daily mail article just blew him and his lies away. My opinion is atleast he has landscaping skills
I’m worried about the girls too. If they have been living there with BM, I hope they get out of there ASAP. MOO

I'm thinking he was hiding the mail from her - so when we know the check in time - that may narrow down when she truly was disappeared
IMO
Whyd your room reek of chemicals Barry?
Why would you bring property insurance papers with you to a construction job Barry?
Why would you tell one your employees you need him for an urgent job out in Denver just to have him sit around a hotel for a few days Barry?
Why didnt you think to bring tools to that job Barry?
Can you make any of that make sense Barry?

Im guessing probably not but I look forward to seeing what he comes up with now that the truth is coming out

BBM:

Establishing a motive for the crime.

While it's not necessary to prove motive, it can certainly help in securing a conviction from a jury.

It helps them prove a financial motive. I would think having strong proof of motive would be a necessity for a no body prosecution. I also think a jury would be just as stunned as us by the steps BM took and didn’t take after SM vanished.

If weren't hiding it he would have left it in his truck to take into the house later, imo.

When im thinking about it. Isn't it a super weird move? To first check in a hotel and in between go by their house and kill Suzanne and then going back? This is so easy to track. Jmo
Depends on if you use more than one vehicle. The tracking of those cars will be interesting. moo

The mail thing is weird. I could see if he grabbed it out of the mailbox or his PO box, and stashed it in his truck, but why take it into the hotel room and then leave it? If he wanted to toss it (that does make bills go away, doesn't it?) why not just find a dumpster on his way? Why leave it laying around?

Waiting to see somebody leak security footage of Barry at the hotel. I wonder if Barry is going to change the sleeping Suzanne story to Saturday at 5 am. It also explains the request for all those days of security cameras. I’m off to look at the company Barry worked with, that now has a name. Even if we took everything this guy said with a grain of salt, the case is hot. I guess LE always had this stuff, but it didn’t seem to bother Barry. I hated seeing him with his barbecue sauce and peanut butter. WTH is he making that needs those two ingredients?
^^BBM

RTD is the Regional Transportation District (public bus system).

The Regional Transportation District, more commonly referred to as RTD, is the regional agency operating public transit services in eight out of the twelve counties in the Denver-Aurora-Boulder Combined Statistical Area in Colorado. It operates over a 2,342-square-mile area, serving 3.08 million people. Wikipedia

An interesting thing about a RTD-Denver ‘project’ is that since it’s public transportation, they are going to have security cameras all over the place at their sites. So it will be very easy to verify anything BM has said about that project.

Having stayed in Broomfield before, I’d bet that whole town is covered in cameras and I wonder what they might have caught BM doing that weekend.

Regarding life insurance for her, I would think her getting life insurance as a cancer survivor would be very difficult and very expensive. JMO
