NOTE:

When the link to the Nancy Grace podcast is posted, the people named can be discussed as far as what the media has said about them, as others in the case have been discussed (who were named in the MSM) but they cannot be sleuthed since they have not been named by LE as suspects or POIs.
It's online now. Crime Stories with Nancy Grace

Yes! And also, that BM rented the room for Puckett. There is no evidence that BM rented a room for himself o_O
Morgan’s name is mentioned as one of the coworkers
Getting more interesting by the day!

There was no equipment, and no dirt for JP to do the job.

Wow! I'd give fifty-two bucks (the contents of my wallet) to know what Barry is thinking right now!

Just reading this, imagine the money spent.

In such cases, once there is an arrest leading to a trial, a guilty verdict, surely any assets the subject may have, need to be confiscated, and legal work proceed, that the money is 'paid back'.
This could be stated, to the POI, perhaps encouraging them to plead guilty.

OK, relatives miss out (wills etc) but is it only taxpayers who must pay this, and the guilty person, is again housed, at taxpayers cost.

Guess this system isn't about to alter.
MOO.

I read an article in The Mountain Mail, I believe, where Spezze was quoted. I tried to link at the time but it was behind a paywall. I will have to go back and see if I can link a cached version. Spezze stated that the department was over budget, mainly due to overtime in the Suzanne Morphew case.

Except....reading this, I find myself wondering why on earth he would take an item or items potentially contaminated with SM's DNA to a hotel to clean? Why wouldn't he leave the item(s) where he disposed of the body?

I'm still struggling with this part of JP's story. What portable item(s) could BM have used for SM's death and burial that he would need/want to take to a hotel, of all places, to clean? And what could be so extraordinarily valuable that he would clean the item(s) in a hotel room instead of disposing of them when he disposed of the body?

Himself or his clothing? There's nothing suspicious about his wife's DNA being found on his clothing. He'd only have to worry about blood.
A golf club or a baseball bat. Either of which is more important to him than his precious wife. IMO

I’m gonna have to go back and listen! I was just so excited to get the information to y’all LOL

LS says that she is not aware that BM has lead ANY searches!

2 other workers were there, man named ____ and woman named _____. But they aren't saying when these people got there or if there were different rooms, maybe they will specify that. JP was very upset because he had no equipment, etc.

I agree with you, he's going to do what he feels comfortable with. Though I think a shovel is much quieter than a machine.

Much quieter, and there has been loads of time.
If premeditated, even more time to dig a grave.

Then there are crevices, rocks, mines etc.
So why would you risk machines and noise.
Perhaps the noise heard was just diverting the investigation.
MOO.

Honestly, I’m wondering now, if he hadn’t have found that mail in the room, BM could say he wasn’t there.

I think leaving the mail was a mistake by BM.

BM got the room for JP. Next morning saw piece of mail in trash, had to do with property insurance. Looked like BM had just showered, laid on bed for awhile and just left. JP's name was even on the door. Lauren does not know if BM ever had his own room.

Well PE has tweeted their statement with hashtags for Court Tv and Fox News. Perhaps they want some journalists to investigate?

Speaking of data, has PE clarified why they originally reported that the spouse of the missing person was communicating with a friend in the evening on Saturday, 09MAY20?

They are now saying it was 1230/1430.

Seems to be a significant difference?

From Nancy Grace, JP called BM on Sunday, to confirm the job. At noon.

JP got there Sunday evening after 6 pm, Lauren not sure if it was before 7. 911 call was just before 6 pm from neighbor. Nancy wondering why BM left before 911 call went in.

Per LS on NG, JP and BM had worked at the same project before, but this was the first time BM asked JP to do a job for him.

But a need for admin, apparently

Yes! I’m even more inclined to believe JP now because he does have 2 witnesses that can vouch for this story.

I’m certain LE knows all of this and more. I’m sure that they have also interviewed all the coworkers, as well.

Did he ever say if the other 2 people were in a different room, or 2 different rooms? Same room?
