Does Facebook give up any info, even with subpoenas?

Good point. Maybe he was just more familiar with his phone. I know I can't use other phones as easily as my own.?

or he needed to destroy her phone but keep posting as her to make his timeline correct. And he didn’t want to travel with her phone turned on.

he didn’t want to her phone to be tracked and he needed to act as her while he was moving.

also, Facebook will be able to track IP addresses right back to Barry’s phone being the source.
It sounds like you are saying that if he logged into her account with his phone then he's busted. One more piece of evidence. Moo

I'm wondering what reason BM would have needed to login to SM's social media account on his phone?
If SM was incapacitated, why not just pick up her phone and snoop around there, where she's likely already logged in?
If her phone was knocked out of her hand and the screen shattered it may be unusable - remember the sheriffs response to the question about her phone being located ? No comment

Correct. It will totally change the timeline of everything.

YEP this is my vote!!!

If she was peeking around because she was suspicious and he walked up, he would be incensed from what I see. This could have been the icing on the cake per se.

Maybe she was sharing what she found with her friend? This is an important component of this puzzle....

Good point, I hadn't thought of him being on the move.
I wonder though, would he know her login and pw to login on his own phone?
I know this happens but, do people really give other people their login and pw?

If BM logged into her account, then another big blunder on his part. MOO.

Maybe she had a password on her phone and BM didn't know it.

If she was still logged in when BM killed her, he could go into her profile and change the password and then use his phone to login with the new password.

That could be supported by the friend mentioning the abrupt stop and her panic

Maybe the phone was smashed or became inoperable ?

Somehow BM doesn't quite strike me as the type that would know this, but I suppose you could be right.

I know on some devices it'll save login information - so I know if my wife is on FB on the laptop and closes out of it (rather than logs out of it), it will keep her logged in....

The messages that appeared not to be from SM, leans me towards BM being logged into her account on his phone. MOO.

He’s not that smart?

It doesn't seem consistant that BM might know her FB login and pw, but didn't know the pw to unlock her phone, so that he could impersonate her.

Although, if he is a Facebook user, he would at least know that process. MOO.
