H'mm, I'm tossing between 2 and 4 at this point. We've still got one more cast member to take the stage though, that we know of anyway, but at this point lock in No.4. Why? The hanging out in the city area while Suzanne was possibly home on the phone, that's pretty interesting info from MG .... alibi set up, waiting for the deed to be done, per chance? Maybe assisting afterwards ......
Also wondering if that land purchase is somehow payment ......

i think 1 or 2. hopefully Suzanne is found during the upcoming search. If I lived closer, I would go.

BM did not want SM to use antidepressants etc.
I bet, he now, is using tranquilizers +++, being so stressed, waiting for the arrest.
probably smoking weed too to calm his nerves, since its legal there

He said that he had to go make the wife happy – do some hiking or biking,” she said. “And I found out, like, later that day that he was in town all day.”

I wonder if BM originally planned to take Suzanne hiking or biking and then staging a fatal accident ,but she refused to go, so he had to resort to something else.

Some additional sleuthing would inform that 11 states are fully legal and 33 others medically legal

It’s not the devils lettuce that disappeared SM

MG mentioned that BM told her to order bricks for the job, but not until 11:00 a.m. on Monday.

So, what was BM trying to achieve through this hastily arranged last minute job out of town for MG and JP (both of whom had been working at the riverside worksite only days before) and that command to order bricks at this out of town job? Was that purely alibi creation? Or, was he making sure they’d be far away from the east Salida job site during that time (Sunday afternoon until at least the brick delivery), so they wouldn’t see what HAD changed at that site since last they were there? Or, was he keeping them away during the time LE would be looking for Suzanne and asking questions? Or, making sure they wouldn’t know what others were doing or saying during those hours?

I wonder about BM's strong anti-drug comments to SM. Maybe it's to coverup his own use. 'The best defense is a good offense'.

And just look at all the politicians and religious leaders who have been found to be participating in the very acts that they rigorously put down for years.

Didn't AM say he was going to have politicians apply some pressure?

He did indeed state that he was going to contact state reps & even ask Gov. Holcomb here in Indiana to contact Colorado Gov. Polis about the search. I have no idea whether the state reps and governors got involved, Lauren's entreaties finally got traction, or whether Chaffee County residents have just been contacting Sheriff Spezze & announcing their displeasure; but some political calculus must've shifted to get the CCSO to be more cooperative.

I was drawn to the phrasing BM used, which I think gives weight to what you're saying here Foyle.

He said something along the lines of he had not had "another love" since 1988. He does NOT say, I haven't fooled around, been unfaithful, had flings...

It reminds me very much of a certain former president and his statement re "relations".

A denial, which if you're being pedantic, is not a denial at all.

I noticed that as well. My first thought was enough with the Mr. Cleaver act.

Morgan mentioned that the tools were left in some sort of hotel cart, if I recall. I imagine BM transferred them in the parking lot, and rolled the cart to his room.

I hope a forensics team collected the "cart" which would have been contaminated by "dirty" tools....tools in need of sanitizing...in a hotel room. Please let it be that LE made this "cart" a critical piece of the puzzle.

I feel sorry for MG. A young mother scared of BM, a dangerous man (IMO) who is currently out and about. I hope she doesn't end up like SM.

The "wizard Barry" wants no one to move the curtain he is hiding behind. It is getting windy, BM.......a wind tunnel is approaching ever so steadily. Hang on tightly, BM.

MG and JP (IMO) were brave to speak out.
CC, on the other hand, is too afraid to speak out. He has probably witnessed an out of control, angry BM in other situations at worksites and has immense fear. Maybe he will speak out soon, after BM is safely behind bars. (I hope.)

I wonder if BM had the notion that no one would take much notice of the bleach/chlorine smell due to Covid? Maybe he figured since everyone was disinfecting everything, it wouldn't be remarked upon.

Wow, lots of info coming out from LS interviews. Good on Lauren.

The heat is on......sounds like BM's house of cards is getting flattened. Hoping for Suzanne to be recovered and laid to rest properly.

Good point. But wait ..... what if you said to alleged assassin, “I want it to look like she went on a bike ride”?
Why would he be hanging out in the town centre on the Saturday, what’s that all about? I get so suspicious.
I agree, it IS suspicious that he was “shopping” in town all afternoon during the most likely time something happened to her. Hmmmmmmm.

Maybe he was trying to put himself anywhere but their house in that time frame, knowing that the electronic footprint would nail him. So, he does whatever he does to Suzanne, then decides he needs to get out of there ASAP so he looks like he's out and about during the time her communications stopped/got weird.

I just read over that press release one more time, and I gotta say, I’m stunned at the amount of resources that have been utilized here.

I get the impression that we know next to nothing as to the extent of the searches that have taken place so far, as it looks like many were conducted well outside of Salida (some of those SAR agencies for example, are some distance away).

The things that excite me the most are Necrosearch being involved, and the Sheriff and CBI assisting in this major search that Andy is putting together.

Suzanne may never be found, but it sure as hell won’t be for a lack of trying.
I agree! They have done SO much and we’ve hardly heard about any of it! Which reinforces the idea that LE’s silence in this case does not equal nothing’s happening. This case is HOT.

Yeah, maybe he picked workers who had questionable pasts because he thought they wouldn't be believable if they were questioned.
I suspect BM wanted workers who would work whenever he needed them but didn't demand to be full time or xx hours per week. He may also pay under market for less than stellar resumes.

Since BM fired MG, it does sound like she was
working consistently for BM for awhile. Not just on an 'as needed' basis.

IME, guys in the construction world have many opportunities to have serial "other women".
I'd guess SM put up w/ this for a long time and
finally got fed up.

I think the beach area in Salida will play into this in an important way. That sounded like
MG was covering up some tracks near the water.
I hope AM and his crew do a thorough search of the river banks downstream for miles. If he were smart, he'd know how to weight down
a cooler w/concrete or rocks so things might not float to the surface for a long time.

ME TOO. I don't even understand what they are going for in that horrible commercial. Am I supposed to take that dreadful witch's recommendation for cat food? ugh
Well I think we’ve learned how polarizing that commercial is—haha! I find it absolutely hilarious. Very dark, but oh so funny.

Sounds pretty dire. Just because you work for someone your family is broken up?
Maybe they know something we don't, yet.

Maybe Morgan moved out of Salida and left family members behind, essentially breaking up the family she lived with or saw frequently.
