Is it possible that LE told PE they had to reel it in?

I feel like Andy really feels sad about the bad blood with Barry.. the comment in the beginning about hoping that Suzanne is alive and hopes to clear Barry... such a huge change of tune, it made me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe they're so close that he's hit some slight form of denial, hanging on now to the moments he has left before the truth hits hard.

with physical, mental and emotional stress, and now maybe dwindling adrenaline they could be really winding down.

I am just kind of at a loss. I thought tonight was going to be huge but..

All I know... is that we're all just waiting for justice and at this point it feels like it can't come soon enough.

I wonder if they got their knuckles rapped.

in the first minute of the PE tonight, Mike slips in "code 33" without any context.

code 33 is used by police to essentially kick everyone off the radio frequency to make way for emergency.

Thats what I feel like today WAS

Stand back, it's coming....

It was Chris that said "code 33". Strange.

To add insult to injury their father GM went to the ER last night. Happy one of the girls was in touch but AM has an awful lot on his plate.

AM said GM was "struggling". Sad, stressful moments.

Only one of the girls spoke with their GF?

I thought the memorial at the end was a repeat of what they said in one of their earlier shows. Even Mike's tone was the same when he spoke of what Suzanne was like as a child and how she loved to play hide and seek.
Yes it was pre-recorded video clips from when they first started covering the case and talking to the family. MK mentioned a couple times that Tyler, their engineer had “put this together “. I felt like it was not only a tribute for AMs benefit, but a message to someone watching who needs to step up and do the right thing. JMO

Re: corporate entities

At least in my state, operating a company under a different name than what is listed on incorporation papers requires notice of “use of a fictitious name”. In some states, this is a DBA (“doing business as”) filing.

Failure to do so can result in a loss of good standing.

Code 33 is the police radio code for clear the air for officers involved in an emergency situation.

What if- LE has discovered something in the area the two dogs alerted on.
There were five new trees recently planted in that same area.
The tree invoices track back to a relevant person who ordered and planted said trees.
The timing of the tree planting is very relevant to the timeframe of Suzanne's disappearance.

Hopefully we learn more tomorrow as to why the tree invoices excited the CBI.

...wed all love to hear more of your thought on that

And I’d love to give it to you, but @GordianKnot threatened to beat me up if I went any further.

Let’s just say I’m optimistic that things are progressing.

Want that dog.

(I was just admiring him, thinking it’s time for my profile pic Dobbie the giraffe to retire lol. I know you guys will miss him, but I’m sure you can agree I’ve chosen a great replacement. :D)

Based on various posts in this thread, it seems BM has become quite attached to his Bobcat. Is he still working jobs (gotta pay bills) or is there now 'special meaning' embedded within that particular Bobcat? ...so many ways to go with this.

Perhaps overthinking.

I think they are all physically and mentally exhausted, especially Andy. He's planned for this for a long time, trying to draw his brother-in-law out, challenging him, and hoping for a reaction. Today he finally was on the property, he heard from Barry, and although it was through his friend Matt, it has to have stirred up memories and emotions.

To me he was sadly reminiscing about Suzanne's life and how she had everything she dreamed of, two beautiful daughters and seemingly, a loving husband. He's probably wondering how it all went wrong and wishing he could have been there for his sister.

With my loved ones and friends no longer here, I often think about 'times' I could have helped even more.
I now have decided to do as much as possible, to be supportive to people/pets/neighbours I have contact with: those that are good to me.
No more regrets.

Similarly here, Andy thinks he perhaps may have helped his sister more, in the past.

Go ahead. You beat me to it, fair and square.

As Andy had said tonight, he would love nothing better than to learn that Barry had nothing to do with Suzanne being missing. After an exhausting bunch of days, trekking through high altitude looking for traces of his most likely deceased sister, he was asked to talk about Suzanne. He eulogized her. That’s what it felt like to me, and it was from the heart. I don’t know if he misspoke, or just chose to remember what she would have liked.
This is exactly my take on everything Andy relayed about his sister Suzanne. May God bless Andy. He's going through a heart-rending ordeal.

Some of us bring hand sanitizer with us everywhere; others can’t leave home without their Bobcat in tow.

I fear for the two daughters, their well being. I hope they are very close, and can support each other, as well as have as much support as possible from their uncle and others.

I think maybe AM was sad. Sad for the daughters. He didn’t WANT BM to be responsible, unfortunately evidence isn’t showing he’s not. Idk. There was definitely something “final” about tonight’s show. I think Chris & Mike know already.
ITA. Around the 44 min mark, AM is talking about Suzanne and says “parent of two children with a loving husband”......I was a bit surprised about the “loving husband” comment. I think AM knows something is coming. MOO
ETA I just saw someone post that the last part was pre-recorded, so disregard my comment above.

I listened to PE while in the car. Tonight was different IMO. They said the search was over, to delete the app from our phones (searchers), only to be corrected by AM that he had two more days...

They seemed to be acquiescing to BM a bit. They were overly nice about BM allowing the exterior search. Then at the end they reiterated "5" and said "we haven't left the house". I felt like I was watching a case that I knew little about... Maybe I missed something because I could not see them or read comments...

Documents? Medical records? Divorce papers? Bills? Receipts?
Damage to what truck?

I feel like one of the new WSer's that jumps in on thread 40 page 10 and writes "so what's going on in this case"...o_O

Still no mention of LS. This case is The Twilight Zone...
Indeed, it does appear to be skirting the Twilight Zone category. I'd almost forgotten about LS until you mentioned her.

Is the truck damage the reason that BM went all the way to Indiana to buy a brand new truck? Sheesh, there are more and more unanswered questions tonight.
